The entire staff are all terrible people! No one should visit this location! Absolutely unacceptable experience! I stopped at the Burger King in Troy on my way home, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
The person taking my order in the drive-thru kept rushing me, blurting out the total after every single item I added like I was inconveniencing them by ordering! I asked for a Vanilla Iced Coffee and they gave me Caramel. Seriously?
Then at the first window, the cashier didn’t say a single word, no greeting, no manners, just took my money and slammed the window shut. At the second window, same thing: no acknowledgment, no “hello,” no “have a nice day,” nothing. They shoved the bag at me and closed the window like I didn’t exist.

As wife and I came in this evening with our kids, there was a woman from the drive through getting her order corrected because the line can’t count to 8 apparently. Got food to table and realized the staff can’t count to two! Ordered a double whopper and got a single! Most food was lukewarm from the start.
Management should look at making some employee improvements.

One of the best Burger Kings around. Only a few times have we had our order wrong but they always make it right. Food is always fresh, the workers are always friendly.

Look at all these reviews!!!! Where is corporate ? The manager is not doing their job. Two of the people are absolutely more than rude after struggling to order something. It happened today- A younger guy cashing out and an older woman made fun of me after through The drive-through. I worked in customer service for several years and I can’t believe that they would go this far. Honestly, this would be a firing offense the way they handled this. They also got my order wrong after all I spoke loudly and clearly and they just couldn’t hear me? No traffic noise!.

Only reason I used to go here is because it was the closest to my employer. Try to get your food “your way” and you don’t. Today was the last straw. Wanted Surge and it’s no longer in the freestyle machine. Ordered a Whopper combo with cheese, no onion or tomato, with mustard. The only thing that was correct was the no onion. Had no cheese (which I was charged for), no mayo, no mustard, a little bit of lettuce and just enough ketchup to say it was included. Now that I can’t get Surge here I’ll just go to Wendy’s where I can still get Vanilla Coke and the food is better.

Shut the whole Burger King down. They don’t cater to truck drivers. The lobby usually stays open until 10pm. Who closes at 9pm. I was a bobtail. Back to McDonalds. Even the one in Huber Heights and Vandalia stay open until 10pm

Staff was rude, girl that brought our food out was not friendly at all we tried talking to her she straight ignored us. They pulled us yet nothing was hot or fresh in our bag. Sandwich was made as messy as possible. My rodeo burger barely had sauce on it. Definitely will not be going back.
