This restaurant use to have decent size salads and the sub sandwiches had lots of ingredients but today 11/8 I just picked up an order and the salad is half the size but same price. They made the Sub sandwich with 1/2 of the ingredients that they used to make. So something has changed and it isn’t the same.

I spent almost $50 total for my family and told them I didn’t want mustard. They made it with mustard and wouldn’t remake it or give me a refund when I asked. The staff was courteous and professional.
I added black olives and jalapenos to my veggie sandwich and the amount was an overkill. Moderation would have gone a long way.

Food is dry not enough sauce sandwich is really small. Sauce is more like a thick dried up paste feels like I’m chewing chicken Parmesan flavored cardboard.

Went in order something went to pay for my food with $100 bill, they refused to take my money, I asked the guy why he said the $100 bill can be fake. They nothing to test the bills. The lady on Sunday afternoon (which I assume is the manager) was incredibly rude to the other employee. This made the experience quite uncomfortable and not a friendly experience. I do not want to support businesses that makes life difficult for their employees. I hope next time I stop in it’s a better atmosphere for everyone.

The manager was extremely rude. We have supported this location for many years, but will no longer. Today my son got a cold grilled cheese. When I politely asked the manager if he could remake it, he refused and he proceeded to argue with me and say that it looked hot because the cheese was glistening . I explained to him that’s what melted cheese looks like. Even if it’s cold like it is in this case. He said I should make my kid eat it regardless. Clearly this man has never been around a child who is a picky eater. My sub was also made with wheat bread and not white (like I ordered) However at this point I did not go back in to say anything because I knew the manager did not care about customer service.
