I decided to have my weekly Qdoba fix and tried this location instead of my usual; Blankenbaker location. I am soooooo glad I did!!!! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. The food was top tier fresh! (It was after 9pm) The man on the grill was cleaning up and had the back splash spotless! The other young man was very inviting as well. An absolute special shout out to the young lady, Pamela She is an absolute gem! She truly made our food with so much love and care! Her customer service was such a treat!! I’m very particular how I like my bowls and she was so patient with me. It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Thank you so much!!! When u have GOOD people running your establishment, it reflects in everything!!! You can actually taste the difference in the food!! To all of the wonderful employees, thank you for all of your hard work!! You’re very much appreciated! Thank u all for your kindness This is my new favorite location, hands down!

Seriously the best experience today! Walked in and it was the cleanest Qdoba ever…smelled great & spotless!! We ordered salads & recommended adding the dressing to the lettuce before toppings & it was perfect. Everyone was super nice, helpful & we could just tell they cared!! I experienced the true meaning of customer service this evening. I wish I would have gotten the name of the associate that helped me. My son lost his wallet, and the last charge was Qdoba. The young lady on the phone helped me. She went above and beyond to try to locate the charge on his card by going through every order for the day. We realized it was a different location. She even called me back to give me the location that matched my bank statement. She was so kind, and never once hesitated to help. I’m so appreciative of her!! We ended up locating his wallet! I really want to say thank you to her and hope this gets back to her and she’s recognized for her efforts.

Just finished lunch today. We come to this location often and it’s always good. Today I will say was one of my best experiences. The gentleman that waited on me and my family was excellent. Food was fresh and so good. It was truly nice to see someone who really cared about his job and serving the customer.

Nobody was there, so I was in and out, which was good because I was on lunch break. I ordered a naked mini bowl with chicken. What seemed to be a fresh pot of brown rice, wss actually hard, not all of it, but it seemed like some fresh rice was mixed with some old rice.I ate it, but some of that old rice killed it, hence the 4 stars

This is the absolute worst Qdoba that we have ever eaten at. The chicken was raw and it was big chunks that were inedible. The service was bad..the girl (with all the piercings) who fixed our food was rude and very sloppy throwing everything together. There was at least 5 people working but only 1 up front while the others stood in the back while the line was 1/2 way out the door.

Had a great experience here. The staff is very prompt and accommodating for ordering and checking out. My chicken nachos were made to order and were given the perfect blend of queso and chicken. The restaurant is very clean and is kept in good order.

This Qdoba is literally the worst in Louisville. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten fresh food here. The guac is brown and tasteless, the rice is watery and not good, the meat is always dried out. Honestly have no clue why I keep giving this place a chance. Would not recommend, only have like a 25% chance of enjoying the food.
