Be sure to ask for Josh to see if he got his cast off and is back on the slopes yet. He had quite the first weekend up at Keystone. Seriously, everyone here is the BEST!

I absolutley LOVE this Dutch Bros location! They have the BEST staff ever! Especially Karen and Nyia and many others! They are super sweet (the drinks and the staff) and fast and accurate with my order. If I could give a million stars I would! BRAVO

Had such a bad experience at the Broadway location and debated not going back to a DB but this location really changed my mind from being friendly, organized, and on top of there game. Came for our morning coffee get our golden eagle of course iced with extra caramel cause why not and Zoe with an eye she was very good and helpful. Got our drinks taken and no time we were in line for a very short time 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location. You can never go wrong with gold Eagle.

Service and atmosphere is pretty generic, not amazing but not terrible either. Speed of service is where this location falls for me every time. I end up waiting in line for 10-15 minutes without fail. Occasionally 20, with that long of a wait time and pretty generic at best customer service I’m better off just going to a gas station.

We went to Dutch Bros on Sunday
and my friend got out and walked up to the window to order. Behind him in line were 3 other people. They ordered at that window as well.
I waited in my car for twenty minutes as my friend was waiting for his drink this whole time as well as the other three people.
As I was parked I was watching how the drive through probably had thirteen seven or eight cars going through.
So I got out and asked the two girls that were outside.If they could go inside and check on my friend’s drink as well as the three other people.Because it’s been a long time.And they weren’t getting their orders.
I told them it looks like you’re all just making the orders for the people in the drive through.
She went in and about two minutes later, my friend got his drink. He brought it to the car and it had a hair on it. As well… it tasted like a watered down coffee.
It just seems like maybe their focus was on the drive through.But they didn’t take one person that could do the other window as well.
It was terrible service and I personally won’t go back there.
A couple years ago I watched undercover boss and it showed the CEO of the Dutch Bros, and he is an amazing man. He wanted everyone to have an amazing experience, and this was completely opposite of that.
It just seems like our younger generation isn’t customer service oriented. Sad.

Decided to make a quick stop on my way to work and waited over 20 mins for a drink- only one person making drinks and 3 others just standing there chatting dispite the huge line of cars behind me. Got my drink and it tasted nothing like the strawberry horchata chia. It justed tasted like pure milk with cinnamon. I didn’t feel like going back and waiting an additional 20 mins for another drink.

Being my 1st visit i expected more patience as there is no way to look at board and you are in line with ppl behind you. I felt very rushed by the staff that came out to take my order and when I explained I was holding up the line and felt rushed she was very short with me. She did try telling me what the big hits were.. but again I explained rushed. It was not a great experience for a 1st visit.

I have been to many Dutch bros locations but this one was disappointing. I believe they mixed banana in my holiday cookie drink somehow and the barista said we had to buy a medium or large drink to get a sticker for 11/5 when the app says any size counts. I still love Dutch bros but I won’t be going back to this location.
