We went to Dutch Bros on Sunday
and my friend got out and walked up to the window to order. Behind him in line were 3 other people. They ordered at that window as well.
I waited in my car for twenty minutes as my friend was waiting for his drink this whole time as well as the other three people.
As I was parked I was watching how the drive through probably had thirteen seven or eight cars going through.
So I got out and asked the two girls that were outside.If they could go inside and check on my friend’s drink as well as the three other people.Because it’s been a long time.And they weren’t getting their orders.
I told them it looks like you’re all just making the orders for the people in the drive through.
She went in and about two minutes later, my friend got his drink. He brought it to the car and it had a hair on it. As well… it tasted like a watered down coffee.
It just seems like maybe their focus was on the drive through.But they didn’t take one person that could do the other window as well.
It was terrible service and I personally won’t go back there.
A couple years ago I watched undercover boss and it showed the CEO of the Dutch Bros, and he is an amazing man. He wanted everyone to have an amazing experience, and this was completely opposite of that.
It just seems like our younger generation isn’t customer service oriented. Sad.
