I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant’s cleanliness and delicious food! I ordered two chili rellenos and a tostada. The crispy rellenos were the best I’ve ever had, and the green chili was perfect. Our waitress was very attentive, and it was clear that she believed in the quality of the food. I only wish I had ordered more to take home!

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Front Range of Colorado. I lived in Mexico for 6 years. I also lived in Texas for several years. Colorado food is mostly tasteless and that carries over to most Mexican restaurants. But this place is delicious.

DO NOT PASS UP ON THIS FAMILY OWNED, AUTHENTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT!! Anytime I’m in northern Colorado, I come to this restaurant multiple times. Its so clean and the atmosphere is perfect. It’s tucked away off the main road next to the bakery. The family that owns this place are the kindest people and the food is always spot on. Breakfast burritos, the carne asada plate *chefs kiss* The Colorado breakfast is so good. Don’t miss out if you’re craving real Mexican food. I forgot to take a picture so enjoy my boomerang.

This is an AMAZING spot. I walked in and it smelled like grandmas kitchen. I didn’t want to get too excited because this has happened at other places before and they ended up being . But from the start the staff was super friendly and helpful. Then I got my breakfast burrito and opened it (steaming hot by the way) and it was DELICIOUS. If I didn’t know better I’d say my grandma was in the back cooking. The flavor the spicyness, and the amount was exactly what I’ve been searching for in all of NoCo for years , and I’ve finally found it. I cannot wait to go back and get a dish. Why is this place not getting hyped up ? People need to go here ! And the prices are great.

Not only is this a wonderful family owned restaurant with the KINDEST staff, but this place is a vegetarian heaven. The refried beans do not have lard, the green chile is vegetarian, and you can get mole cheese enchiladas when on special (!!). The green chile is one of the best I’ve had, and is well rounded and flavorful, but beware the medium packs a punch. It is especially good in their unrealistically affordable and filling breakfast burritos. Support local, cause this place is AMAZING.

This place is seriously underrated! The staff is always so welcoming and kind and the food is always perfect. I’ve dined in a few times and get takeout every other week or so and I’ve never been disappointed. If you haven’t tried them yet you definitely need to stop by and give them some support! I would recommend the Chorizo breakfast burrito, it’s my go to breakfast to get me through the day.
