The best deep fried fish and shrimp around. We drive from the inland empire to LA for the food, it’s that good. Best to dine in as the food is best fresh. Very nice people who work there, always polite. The number 12 combo with rice, beans, and gravy is my favorite.

The food was very tasty. The counter service was very polite and offered me an extra shrimp in place of a drink with my combo. The fries were really good, the shrimp were a bit too breaded for the size of the shrimp and a bit too greasy. The shrimp drained a bit in the container and pooled grease, although I did appreciate the shrimp and fries both being cooked fresh and hot. Overall, a good meal. Will visit again and try some other options.

I love the food. Parents been coming here since I was a kid. Grew up in LA but I moved to San Bernardino. Still worth the drive when I’m out in LA. Love the fried shrimp with rice and gravy and a side of chili without beans. Delicious!

I’ve been going to this place Since my mom was pregnant with me in 1967 and I’m still going there at this point of my life the one in the LA is the original one but now I go to the one in Norwalk I can never stop going here the food is very delicious my favorite is the six piece shrimp plate with rice and fry’s and gravy topping the price is perfect they even have lunch specials during the week the place in Norwalk upgraded their style it’s very pretty inside very nice people … so for shrimp lover I recommend this place to you guys take your family’s

I ordered the 8 piece shrimp combo with fries and a side order of rice with chili.. The food was excellent as always . Tasty, fresh and excellent service. The cashier was very polite and professional .The prices are a little high but its worth it. Thank you Johnnys Shrimp Boat, for many years of good memories and tasty food.
