Poor quality. Due to dietary restrictions, I have to order pizza without the mozzarella. In the past, I’ve experienced underbaked pizzas because of this, so I always choose the option of well done… Today both of the pizzas I received were underbaked and the dough still tasted of raw flour. The bread bites were also coated in oil and tasted raw. I’m so disappointed.

Could not call me before my delivery my delivery went out saying they didnt have what i ordered. Received food from dleivery driver and opened it to find out it wasnt what i ordered. As someone that works retail and customer service typically if you are out of something you call and inform them of there options not just switch it out. Manager was rude when i explained that i wished i was notified before the driver left the store.

Took the drive to this location because the domino’s next to my house won’t make a speciality pizza that left the menu, or build it. So I called this location and the GM Ana picked up the phone and right away offered to build the pizza the way it used to come, and on top of that applied a coupon without even asking for one. Very friendly and keeps the customers happy.

Ordered food via doordash. Delivery was being performed by Domino’s. Driver was 1 minute out then proceeded to move in the opposite direction. The driver stopped and no longer moved. I am pretty sure they went home with my order. The store will not answer my calls.

My friend ordered food about an hour ago, waiting for 1 hr long (and she lives about a mile from this establishment). But they brought the WRONG ORDER. We called twice because nobody answered the first time and the lady gave so much attitude over the phone for a mistake they made, sending out the wrong food.

First time ordering a salad, not my usual menu choice but I decided to try it out and I must admit very disappointed. I’m not sure if they get these premade or if they make them up there self but I did take the sealed wrapper off before I started to write this. The lettuce looks as if maybe one small handful. The container is bigger than the greens.

This place always make my food correct & delivers it hot. They told me today delivery would be about 1 1/2 hrs due to the snow & I said that was fine my order arrived in about 40 mins I was so surprised. Employees that took order over the phone polite & friendly also delivery driver polite too. Food also always taste good.
