Love this starbucks location. All of the employees are always so welcoming greeting you once you walk through the door and the place is well kept. I’m well known at this location due to my order lol. Cassius took my order a few minutes ago. I had a bunch of questions about London fog teas that Star Bucks served. He was kind, and patient smiling the whole time. I have to say it felt good to be so eagerly helped. As I wanted to give him a shout out, I did think all his coworkers also seemed polite and happy. 🙂

Very disappointing experience. They refused to give tap water to my child unless I made a purchase. Denying water to a kid is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic human decency.

Went to this Starbucks on May 4, 2024. Besides the rude staff, this is how the restroom looked. No one is cleaning this place. What a shame as the store has been renovated but clearly the staff is failing badly in service, cleaning and quality of drinks. Starbucks corporate needs major overhaul of the staff here. DISGUSTING!

As incredible as it sounds, I asked for a cup of water while I was with my two little kids. I didn’t have my purse or phone because my husband had already taken them to the car. The employee saw my two kids sweating and still said he couldn’t give us water unless we bought something. Unbelievable.

To be fair the cashier was gracious, however, the “Manager” is not. Found my interaction with her very challenging. This location is frankly dirty (worst I’ve ever seen of this brand). Windows & floors as well as condiment kiosk/trash receptacle area are visibly soiled and the music (I LOVE music) but wayyyy too loud. With inflation I’m choosy with my dollars & probably won’t choose to spend them here again.

A newly renovated and design Starbucks at Weston Town Center is now open. My go to place for an afternoon coffee. I hope they put the tables again outside. There are less tables inside not like before. But the new place is neat and spacious.

C.G. was sooo RUDE! We bought coffee & went to sit outside. He literally made me get up from the table and took away the chairs and umbrellas and walked over to everyone to kick everyone out the sitting area too! Everyone except 1 had Starbucks in their hands. THEM he locked the doors to the bathrooms because they didn’t want anyone to use the restrooms. The worst experience here ever. Never again. Tons of people were upset.
