I decided to try the Angus Cheesesteak. This looks like a big pile of mush on a bun. I asked to add lettuce (.50 cents) barely got any. I asked for tomatoes (.50 cents) DID NOT GET ANY.
No peppers., No Onions.
The taste is not too bad considering how greasy this item is. I will try it from another Arby’s that cares about presentation, but based on this sandwich. STAY AWAY FROM IT.

My mother and I stopped by there today to grab lunch. Wanted to go inside and sit down to eat, so we could chill and chat. All the workers were around my age (52). Not one of ’em acknowledged me or my mom. I could see they were kinda busy, but a quick, “Sorry for the delay; we’ll get your order in a minute–thanks!” or something to that effect. I don’t mind waiting some, but dang, look at us and acknowledge our existence. No one ever came to the register. We were completely ignored. No one even looked our way; heads down, everyone seemed grim. I know fast food/customer service isn’t fun–been there–but just as a human, have common sense and courtesy to do a quick hello and let us know we’re not wasting our time standing there for ten minutes. We ended up finding a Chinese restaurant to grab lunch, and got acknowledged within seconds, and fed within the same amount of time we stood waiting at Arby’s–lol. PS–I did give them three stars on other stuff, because I was there a long time ago, and food was good.

Jesus you guys really do suck about giving out Arby sauce. when I order 11 packets of Arby’s sauce I expect to get 11 packets of Arby’s sauce and yet consistently, I only get one packet or I get horsey sauce! and I don’t even like horsey sauce! You guys consistently do this over and over and over again to the point where I’m leaving a second bad review on a different Google account! Get it together, if you guys actually gave out more than one packet of sauce, I wouldn’t have to ask for 11 in hopes that you will at least give maybe 4 packets. You know, maybe one for my sandwich one for my snack wrap and two packets for my fries! The math adds here, except you only gave me one packet. Do better!!!!

So, not the best Arby’s I’ve had. The roast beef had pieces that resembled beef jerky. I made the mistake of trying the beef gyro–wont do that again. The beef nuggets were really terrible but they were free. To be fair, I think they’re probably always terrible. That’s likely not exclusive to this restaurant. Arby’s does a handful of things well typically–roast beef, turkey, chicken sandwiches, fish–but a lot of things are pretty bad as the standard. I’ll never try their chicken nuggets (or whatever they’re calling them) again.

Michael at this location was very chipper and friendly. I bought the 2 for $6 deal with a beef and cheddar and the 3 piece tenders. I received 3 and a half tenders because one of them was pretty small. I’m glad they didn’t try to pass that one off as a full tender. Overall a 4 star experience but the friendly customer service brings it up to a five star experience. Well done Arby’s on Sawmill, well done.

My boyfriend and I went to this location and we were charged almost $23 dollars. It seemed off so I checked the app to compare and I was right. Our meal should have been less than $12 dollars. I’m very upset with the worker.
