Definitely one of the better Taco Bells in the area. They had a rough patch earlier last year but have improved quite a bit since.
Customized orders will come out correct more often than not, items are rarely forgotten, and the food is decent quality.
My only complaint is that they could do a better job keeping an eye on the counter. I’ve waited 10 or so minutes just to give them my name for the mobile order I can see on the shelf. Been very tempted to walk back and grab it myself

This is the best Taco Bell, everyone there is so friendly and nice. I go at least 3 times and week and my food is always, hot fresh and delicious. The staff there is amazing and so kind they know me by name and order. They really care.

Generally been really quick and clean anytime I’ve gone; really haven’t encountered many issues. Manager Jaden and the night crew were AWESOME to me – DoorDash messed up my order and Jaden’s team set it right, even though the problem wasn’t their fault.

Went through the drive through. They were rushed so I feel if they were having a slower day maybe the service and food would have been better. They told us to drive to the window with only half our order and sounded irritated when I told them that was only half the order. The quesadilla was pretty empty and disappointing. The rest of the food was ok. The girl at the window kinda oddly shoved my drink into my hand. After long discussion with my son who was with, we think maybe she could have felt like she was dropping the cup? Maybe. It’s a stretch especially with the attitude earlier but it is possible so I don’t know for sure she was being aggressive. I gave 5 stars on the atmosphere bc it was drive through, and I love my car.

They gave me the wrong order the first time that I went through the drive-thru, then I turned around and came back. Just set on the counter so it was cold by the time I got it. Their staff was more interested in having fun than they were in serving people. I won’t be back

We actually come here often because we live close. It usually always takes a while to get someone to come to the counter unless there is already someone there. The food is almost always good except yesterday when we received our taco and there was no meat on it. I get making mistakes but thats a pretty big mistake.

Man this T-bell has horribly slow service. They can have just a few orders on the screen and you’ll still be standing around waiting for about 15 minutes after it took you about ten minutes to get to the store. This is a pretty consistent issue with this Taco Bell.

The first time I went to Taco Bell, I asked for no sour cream or ranch on any of my food. When we pulled up to the window, I verify that my order was correct. The lady at the window stated yes, and even as the prep cook was it Correct. They both said yes when I got home, my food was totally incorrect. I called up there. The lady had an attitude and said she would take my name down and gave me her false name. Fast forward two weeks. I went up there to try to redeem the order that was incorrect. The new lady said they had no one that worked there by that name and that I only had seven days to come get my order and it was to late to redeem anything.. so I ordered anyways and got home and this food was prepared terribly.

Not sure if it’s a bunch of genZers working there, but I would never try to close a fast food restaurant I was working at early or complain about hours and I only got paid $6 per hour.
Anyway, I went through the drive-thru before they were supposed to be closed according to this app that I’m posting this review on. You know, Google maps. If it were me, I think I would try to stay open at least 5 minutes after or at least one minute after the actual time just to make sure that everyone fairly gets the food that they want. Imagine if you get rejected from getting on a bus or a train because you weren’t early enough but you were still early.
