This is the only restaurant in Princeton that we MUST go to every time we are visiting family. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The salsa is my favorite out of every Mexican restaurant I have tried and I live in a larger city so I have tried a lot. My favorite dish is Chicken Alambres Fajitas. Not many Mexican restaurants adds bacon to fajitas! Couldn’t be more delicious.

I placed a to-go order yesterday for 2 Nachos Supremos just before noon and the total came to $29 and some change. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I picked up the order inlets than 15 minutes and it was already tied up and waiting on the counter for me. I drove the food just down the street, less than an eight of a mile and went in to eat with my boss. The meat and cheese toppings on the nachos were cold and the meats, especially the ground beef, tasted like day old meat that was barely heated and the chicken was cold and possibly reheated, as well. We barely touched our food and I might as well have set fire to that $30 of my hard earned money. Totally disappointed.

Really good food , music was a bit to loud. Food was the Best I have tasted in a while. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and this is the first time that I’ve ever had the vegetable fajitas with broccoli and cauliflower it’s usually just peppers and onions and mushrooms and tomatoes. But this vegetable fajita also has broccoli and cauliflower which was very good.

The carnival were dry and not really carnival at all. The rest of the food was OK. I would go back but only because it is just the average place of this kind.

I guess the food was okay. I just wasn’t over the top. I ordered a Chile rellano which, in California comes breaded and fried with melted cheese inside and topped with a red sauce, this Chile rellano was like an Ortega canned Chile stuffed with ground meat in sauce. Very strange and not what I wanted. I also ordered a cheese enchilada with red sauce and it came with some cheese sauce that was like a tostitos queso cheese sauce from a jar instead of the red sauce I ordered. Wasn’t super impressed, it was okay I guess. The chips and salsa was good.
My son ordered a chicken burrito lunch plate and he said it was it good.

Fantastic service and great food! The only thing I could say in a slightly negative fashion would be that it costs a little more to eat here than most other Hispanic food options. But I guarantee you won’t find faster or better service in the area!
