Get over here and try Sri Lankan food!! I have been anxious to try out this food truck. I got the typical safe dishes. Ordered through Uber, and it was packed in Styrofoam containers, very neatly. Chicken fried rice was a delicious fusion of flavors. Garlic. Onion, hint of curry. Scrambled eggs. Such a vibrant taste. Tiny bit on the oily side, but it’s so delicious. There was enough for 2 people. I also got the mixed plate with the chicken kottu, roti with sauce, and a roti melt. This dish is 5/5. The roti is filled with chicken, cheese, and spices. Perfect handheld food. I can eat 5 of these. The kottu is a mixture of roti, eggs, meat, and spices stir-fried with a hint of curry. I never had anything like it. Perfect for a late night snack or main meal. The texture is quite unique, chewy tastes like broad noodles. Garlic, ginger, curry, and a hint of chilies. I got the chicken and can’t wait to try the beef. Things I want to try next: goat curry, fish curry, coconut roti, eggplant sambol and carrot/ carrot salad. I am not vegetarian, but if I was ….I would eat here. Seriously amazing cuisine!!! We also got the chicken empanada and fish cake. Highly recommended!!!

This food truck is located in a cool place called a la cart in Orlando and it’s a great spot to come with friends wince they have 5 food trucks spread out. There is games to play and a bar. With plenty of seating. The food was really flavorful but be aware it is somewhat spicy. I ordered the pork plate and it was crunchy with the roti.

Amazing. The roti melts are 10/10 my favorite was the pork. The chicken was also delicious. You taste the freshness in the veggies and the meat was seasoned to perfection. Definitely recommend

We were excited to try Sri Lankan food in Orlando since we are originally from Sri Lanka n the place didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was calm n inviting n the cleanliness of the food cart was well maintained. We ordered Sri Lankan Empanadas [Patties], Fish Rolls, Chicken Curry with Parata n Sri Lankan style Chicken Fried Rice. Unfortunately, they were out of “Pol Roti” during our visit, which we were hoping to try …
The Fish Rolls were absolutely delicious a solid 5/5. The Chicken Curry was also fantastic … So I’d give that a 5/5 as well. However the Sri Lankan style Chicken Fried Rice didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It wasn’t quite like the fried rice we typically enjoy back home in Sri Lanka n had more of a “Kottu Rice” feel to it … Similarly the “Lunu Miris” was a bit different from what we’re used to, likely because they need to adjust the spice level … Yes, that makes sense coz they are not targeting only Sri Lankan customers …
Despite these minor differences, the overall experience was wonderful n I’d definitely return when I’m in Orlando to try the Pol Roti. One suggestion for the owner would be to consider adding Sri Lankan Tea to the menu … It would be a nice touch. Wishing them all the best n continued success !

Great spot for Sri Lankan finger foods and meals! The fish rolls we ordered were amazing, and the kottu roti had authentic flavors. I’ll definitely go there again.
It’s a food truck, but there’s plenty of seating around. There are also other food trucks nearby, offering lots of options.
As far as I know, this is the only Sri Lankan food hut in the Orlando area.

As far I know, this is the only Sri Lankan food truck in FL. We drove from west palm beach to try this place. I’m glad we did it. Because the food was delicious. We ordered chicken kottu rotti, chicken rotti melts and fried rice. Everything was sooooo good and great customer service. Wish we have this in south FL. We will definitely be back.
