I really like the food here, but theres constantly issues with the food being wrong in some way. I often ask for a tasty turkey without tomato, and more times then not they give me tomato. It’s annoying, but not the worst since I can pick it off. Although, they really messed up my order today. I asked for the same thing plus another bagel, and they gave me a completely wrong bagel than the tasty turkey (I think it was a BLT or something). I asked for my order to be fixed, but recieved another incorrect bagel (a texas brisket). I was confused, but went up again and didnt say anything, but they said my name and gave me a new bagel. It was also wrong, being the same as the first mistake bagel. I also find that wait time is really awful, and I do wish it was faster, but that’s not a main concern. I want my orders to be right, so its frustrating to have it messed up 9 times out of 10. I’ll be clear, though, that the workers seem great and I have no vendetta against them personally.

I really like the food, but I swear every single time I go, something is missing from my order. I don’t order complex things, usually a bagel with cheese, smear, and an egg. And yet every time without fail something from that is missing. I try not to complain, but when I’m being charged for this stuff, I’d like to have it on my sandwich.
