Today was my second time going to Fresh Bean, when I go to a new coffee shop I ask for a popular drink the first time was in November and I got a “popular” drink but the “ice coffee” had like 2 ice cubes and the drink tasted like milk. Today I got another “popular drink” once again tasted just like milk… I personally wouldn’t recommend this place it seems like a waste of money for your “coffee” to just be milk. I think they could use more training on how to make make coffee

Been coming here for over a year. Sierra is the best barista. She’s kind, friendly and makes consist drinks every time. The quality is fantastic. Food is amazing! Definitely recommend the egg bites… they beat all the major chains.

Since the girl at the front gave me a fake number to get in touch with Allen, the owner, here is my review. The lady with the beanie—amazing! Always so kind and friendly. I don’t know her name but will make sure to ask next visit. The drinks—awesome! So good! I always get the same thing, every single time. The girl with the glasses, if I could give the place 1 star for her unkind service, I would. I honestly don’t want to go back because she is rude and unwelcoming. The first time I went there and she was working, I spent 15 minutes in a line of one car because she was chitchatting with her friend. I could hear her with the window rolled down, small talk and everything. She does a half-hearted job at the same drink I get every time—hardly putting ice and never adding the drizzle on top. That one is just a minuscule detail, but the other woman who works there does it every time. I also ask for an iced water every visit. Charge me. I don’t care. The rude girl tells me it’s against policy and rolls her eyes when I tell her the other lady always gives me one when I ask. She responds, ‘Well she is new.’ No my love, she is just kind. And that’s the difference. I would never want that girl as the face for my business. It’s a small business and I never see it busy, and since the drinks are good, I understand why.

After driving by this place on my way to work for the past couple months, I decided to give it a try this morning with my coworker and we were so glad we did. Jodi was such a sweetheart and definitely added a ray of sunshine to our day. The drinks were delicious and sweet. The brownie bar was yummy! For a 24 oz iced caramel macchiato, 24 oz biscoff crumble, and a brownie bar, the total came up to under $13, which is not bad compared to most coffee shops. We will definitely be back

Hours say 6 to 4 go to the window at 6:10 AM sat there for over 5 minutes while the employee was sitting there never acknowledge me never spoke to me, never opened the window so I left. How can you be open at 6 and ignore customers?

Friendly service and delicious, sweet coffee drink! I had the Salted Blondie, hot- I don’t go to coffee shops very often because of the price- I felt the prices here were very reasonable and probably less than the major chain coffee places. Very cute little shop- will definitely stop by again. I appreciate the drive through and convenient location.

Went out of my way to try This coffee place I found on Google. It was closed when I got there (8:45 am) and the sign says it opened at six. Nowhere on the building did it state they were closed and Google says open as well. Highly disappointed and will not return to try.

I been exploring cafes around the area and this one is by far my fav. I have only tried the hot & ice latte and it’s a 10!. It’s smooth and taste amazing. I’ve also tried their breakfast wraps and sub it’s a 10!. I have already been back more than twice and will continue to to do so
