Food is always delicious for me, but it is completely unacceptable for a private, one person use public restroom to not have any way to lock the door from the inside. If the staff gives someone else the door code there would be no one to have privacy from someone else walking in on you using the restroom. Fix this ASAP!

I almost never leave reviews, but I ordered a bacon cheeseburger & fountain drink (& fries as a separate order). I received both my fries (order number 33) as well as the cup for my drink. Extremely disappointed to know I paid almost $25 for some fries & a drink because I never received the bacon cheeseburger. I attempted to call the store to which a lady spoke with a very rude tone & said she was “busy” and to call back. I know many people lie about not receiving their orders, which is why I hesitated to even call the store in the first place, but I genuinely didn’t receive it & all it would have took was a simple search in their system to see that I ordered one. I wasn’t expecting a refund, I just wanted my sandwich & now I feel thieved of $12 which was the cost of my sandwich. I love five guys, but don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I just want to say this visit completely messed up my night. We ordered 2 hotdogs, little fries, and 2 milkshakes.
Let me start with the milkshakes were beyond good. But everything else went in the trash. 1 hotdog with the raw onions were completely soggy and ripped apart. The second hotdog asked for gilled onions and they were raw. I bite into a mouth full of onions ( disgusting) and neither hotdog was cooked all the way. NO char, no color, still complete pink and cold in the middle. The fries were cold and soggy.
My man threw the whole bag away and went to bed angry with no dinner. Even after trying to fix it with new bread.

This place was clean, ready for business and Covid ready. Staffing was friendly and polite. Service efficient, and inside had more than apple seating for distancing for about 20 persons. Outside signs were visible and the store easily accessible from the highway. Plenty of parking also accessible. As usual, their burgers and fries were wonderful.

The Bad:
I do not see how this place is still in business while it provides the least amount of service possible and jacks price of their substandard food sky high. For the price of their food, we should have (1) waited on; (2) had the food served to us; (3) offered at least trays with our food on it rather than greasy paper bags; and (4) had more comfortable seating than just wooden tables and chairs with no cushion. You would think since the astronomical amount of money we give them is not going into the service, it MUST be going into the quality of the food–no the food was substandard at best. It is no different than what you can whip up at home for yourself. This place was an absolute rip off.

I do not recommend this place at all. Take your business elsewhere an astronomical amount of money for subpar service and substandard food.

Everything about this store was a huge plus!! The cashier was sweet and very nice as well as the whole staff, the food was AH-MAZING & The store was immaculate and very tidy. The cooks even acknowledged our entry with hellos & as they waited to hear what we ordered. OUR FOOD WAS FAST & GOOD THANKS FIVE GUYS FOR A WONDERFUL LUNCHEON.

This is an updated review. I am happy to say this is the best location! The staff is attentive and always makes sure my order is correct. Everyone is so kind and my meal is hot and delicious every time. I appreciate Five guys for the amazing quality and great team.
