They just gave me a Crispy Chicken meal that instead of having the crispy chicken it has something closer to a nugget inside… AND it’s hard, cold and burned. Terrible! Just left this location and everything was great, except the young lady giving my food with dirty nails. Hygiene and appearance is super important and should be taken seriously. Besides that, it was a good experience and the food was fresh/hot!!

Confusing hours. Places an order for a McChicken around 2:50am and was told that the order couldn’t be prepared because breakfast starts at 4am over an hour later. This was Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Is this location one that actually opens at breakfast time? If you can’t serve dinner options 1-2 hours before breakfast, could you even be considered open? That’s the entire menu. Only location I’ve ever visited to give the facade of being open and even taking orders through the app while not actually servicing them. Wish I could rate differently but I never got the food and only had the delight of dealing with the likely one person operating the place in the early hours of the day. This was an unfortunate waste of time.

I got a lukewarm coffee filled to only 1.5″ from the lip of the cup.
So, this was the last of an old pot of coffee and the last drop didn’t fill a large cup, served it to a drive-in window.
This is not acceptable. I find fault with the manager on duty for letting their people work like this. The general mgr should have standards.

I shouldnt be told to leave the drive thru and wait near the door for a $5 meal deal.. If they cant meet the time they need to work faster. This is ridiculous no cars behind me either manager is telling me i have to pull to the front to wait for me food!

Be very careful when picking up food at this drive-thru! It was raining heavily, and I didn’t check my order. I’m posting this just to warn you to be very careful with what you get. When I got home, one of the nuggets was bitten! Yuck! Please always check your food carefully!

2 order this month via the app and both incorrectly handled by this location drive thru. Ordered premium burger and got fish and chicken sandwiches. Both times, manager was passively watching as staff handled new 2nd orders, both times the 2nd orders were wromg and someone elses, again. I highly encourage McDonalds to train this location to the quality and procedures as expected by corporate, and every customer who wants they correct order. And looking at those Large fries ..looks like medium sized weighted. This location is cheating its customer and brand!

THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS! Go down the street to universal. Not only is it 1-2 dollars CHEAPER, the workers at this location got a stank attitude. Im actually exhausted cause of how hard my job is so I might look funny but I was very polite when asking for things. Tell me why I get my order and then I ask the girl that was making EYE CONTACT with me if I “may have some ketchup”. She proceeds to tell another girl (even though shes right next to the ketchup). Girl 2 turned around and looked me up and down and rolled her eyes. Then walks next to girl 1 to grab 3 ketchup packets. Girl 1 is lazy. Girl 2 is lazy and got an attitude she doesn’t know how to hide. If I can get off a 11 hr overnight shift with only 4 hrs of sleep and still say please and thank you, you can keep your eye rolls to yourself. Acting like you got the hardest job ever.

I don’t like writing comments, but I went to McDonald’s, ordered a menu online and asked them to bring it to the table. There is such a function, there is such a service. I wanted to use it, since I don’t know English well, and I had to choose this function so that they would bring it to me in a way that I wouldn’t hear. If they call my number, but as always they put something under my nose, probably said, I sat and waited until I thought that I was waiting for a long time and it was time to go and find out about my menu, it was standing there. I understood that it had been standing for a long time, since it had time to cool down, so the service is very bad.
