The food is really not good here. The staff seems incompetent and the manager bald mouth self is rude as can be. I ordered a Oreo sundae and didn’t even get the chocolate sauce that’s shown on the app and the picture. Ridiculous they need to do better corporate needs to come and retrain all these employees. The only one was half way decent was the young man with the long dreads he was super nice.

Really Nice, Burger King.
Everyone was nice and the food was Delicious. Plenty of seats to choose from. And it seems as though they are neat freaks here because everything was spotless.
I got the cheeseburger with loaded veggies with a side of small Spotless.

Ordered delivery. Food was cold. Nothing was made correctly. Sauces straws and napkins were missing. Customer service in app did not resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I will not be coming back. Do better, or you soon won’t have any customers which means no jobs which means no money. You sure won’t be getting anymore of mine. I work to hard to be disappointed in food that is overpriced

i pulled up 12 minutes before close , the nice gentleman working tonight kindly took our order and dropped everything fresh! the service was quick and everything tasted great. you could tell he was the only one dealing with customers and was positive. he deserves a raise!

So I had a pretty simple order nuggets and fries. I was promoted that my food wouldd be ready in 10 minutes cool no problem. So I get there and go inside to pick it up and the “manager” tells me I have to go through the drive-thru , really?!?! All you have to do is grab that bag that had my name on it and hand it to me and that would be it! But the subpar “manager” had to be difficult even though my food was sitting on the counter. The other worker even said my order was ready and he still demanded I go through the drive thru with an attitude. So I had to wait in the drive thru for 15 mins before I got my food which was warm. But had they given me my food 20 mins earlier it would have been fresh and hot! What is going on with BK? They used to be the best place around to get a fresh hot charbroiled burger. Now the workers DO NOT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD! They need corporate to pop up on them and re-train those workers.

I think we sat at the window kiosk for 10 minutes before they took our order. We decided to go inside. When we got around to the parking lot, the other vehicle was still waiting. Turned out the lobby was closed. We left. The food and the atmosphere is usually always good.

I don’t know if it’s just society or what these days. The true customer service is almost gone. Lukewarm onion rings that’s been in the light for a while soggy! The Whopper was not fresh it was definitely a microwave barely enough time to get it warm again

Waited 5 minutes where you order at. Finally called to see if it was broke. Nope no one had headset on. Gave my order and waited another 14 minutes to get food. Happens every time at this location. If it wasn’t for my boys I would never come back. Burger King has taken the Fast Food out of Fast Food Service. Should have went to a regular restaurant for the price and wait! Someone needs to open an actual fast food restaurant like we use to have.
