My delivery order was missing my 2l pepsi. My pizza was cold. I tried to call the store and have my pepsi redelivered but kept getting rerouted to some one who wanted to refund my money. I cant seem to place a order and have it delivered as orderd let alone hot. The delivery guy couldent even speak english. Thats the last time i order from little ceasers. They use to be good. Now they just suck.

I have never seen a pizza that look the way mine did. The crust was barely hardened let alone being Brown. It was weird to see a pizza with cheese not melted and it was one of the “hot and ready” pizza which was not hot or ready. I was headed to the hospital to visit my mom and I did not serve her this pizza. However I did not have the time to go back or complain because I had bigger fish to fry such as being there for my mom. I did come home that night and put it back in the oven and it was fine.

I’ve read a few of the reviews for this location and I’m shocked that there’s been so many one star reviews! Now, I will say that I’ve slept on Little Caesars Pizza in general, so I’ve only been to this place just twice. The first time I was pleased with the online ordering process and drive thru pick up so I decided to try again just a couple days ago. And again, was pleased!!
Food was hot and fresh and looked appetizing too! I haven’t had a bad experience yet and I hope that never happens, my kids enjoy the pizza!

I ordered ahead of time for a reason. When I place my pickup for 1:30 (and placed the order well in advance) I don’t expect to show up and you just started cooking it. So now my lunch break is over and I can’t eat my food. And why is the staff here so awful? Rudest, laziest, and most immature people I’ve ever seen.

They are not offering service through the drive thru. Speaker is working just fine and they did not give any reason why they can’t serve through the drive thru. Just ridiculous. After placing an online order and selecting drive thru…it would be nice to know before ordering

The food is usually decent, but sometimes they just do whatever they want. Customer service is trash, but it’s Little Caesars so I guess can’t complain too much.

If I could give it 0 starts I would today I was disrespected by an employee because they messed up my online order. Frustrated and in a rush I asked how much longer it would take seeing it was 15minutes over my ready time i selected. He’s going to raise his voice and come towards me and yell I said 5 minutes knowing ive been ther 5 minutes already I was frightened and availed asked for my money back and left without my food and late to my destination. I would never be returning and telling everyone I know not to return. There always messed my order up anyways

My boyfriend and I ordered a deep dish pizza at 10:10 pm. The order said it’d be ready at 10:31, so when we went to pick it up, the door was locked so we went through the drive through and our order wasn’t ready. The lady told us they stopped making those at 9 o’clock. She then walked away to talk to the other people and we over heard them say that the order wasn’t put in because they shut the oven off at 9. Keep in mind, they don’t close til 11. So not only were we lied to, but we completely wasted our time. And the girl who gave us our refund, said the oven wasn’t working. So we lied to two different times. And then the lady behind us proceeded to order 12 pizzas and was given those pizzas. So I’m not quite sure what is wrong with this little Caesar’s but I won’t be going back. Do not recommend.
