We ordered meals for the whole family and picked up our order. Once home there was a mixed up orders with chicken fingers meals with chicken that was the size of chicken nuggets and wasn’t chipotle as ordered. Two smash burgers meals with no condiments and burnt buns. All with undercooked french fries. The buns were so badly burnt on both sides that they were uneatable. We spent almost $70 dollars for these meals! When we called to ask for the manager he said that the only thing they could do is send us a $20 gift card!
I’m sorry, but we will not be eating Chili’s again. So pissed !

Loved the service the most, I’m a stickler for good service and their server Grant immediately took our drink orders with an appetizer order, immediately brought our drinks within a minute, less than ten minutes later we already have our appetizers brought out by team member Jonah, who was able to crack a light joke which set the tone even further towards a great atmosphere. Will definitely be eating here again soon.
Edit: returned 6 months later with Jonah as our server and again, literally the best service I have ever experienced. You guys are killing it. Added food photos.

I’m not sure what’s going on during the food prep, but this is the second time I’ve found something in my food from
the Wentzville location. The first encounter was with a small piece of plastic inside my brisket quesadilla a couple of weeks ago. I ignored it at the time because it was first issue with an order.
Fast forward to tonight’s order…..as I dip a Chicken Crisper into the honey mustard, I noticed that something was off. When I pulled it out, a whole slice of sauce fell off. The way it was covered made me think that it was a piece of cheese, which would have been weird, but better in this situation.

We came in on a late Friday night.
The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was nice. The dining area was clean and inviting. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. They even bid of safe travels with the upcoming bad weather when we left. The bathrooms were clean as well. It was interesting that there were no salt or pepper shakers on the table. It was just something I noticed.
First time at this location and was not disappointed 🙂

Had an absolute stud of a waiter the other day my girlfriend left mid date and said I’m disgusting because I ordered the cheese sticks Jonah noticed and brought 2 PLATES and covered my order said she doesn’t need me and I only needed the cheese sticks to be happy because they make in house ranch Jonah knows how to be an amazing server but also an ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!! Dude knew the whole menu better than anyone I’ve ever seen and got me hip on cheese sticks with dat homemade ranch!!! Jonah is an absolute legend in the food industry

The restaurant itself was spotless, you can tell they really care about keeping everything clean and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
Bottom line if you’re hungry and want to enjoy a great meal that’s worth every dollar, this is definitely the place to visit! Highly recommended! ️

Came here on a Wednesday for happy hour. We ordered loaded fries, margaritas, a lunch meal deal, a cheeseburger meal, and fajitas.
Pros:
-Servers were friendly.
-Our items arrived promptly and tasted great! Everything was cooked well and came out hot
Cons:
-The happy hour. There’s a different menu from all the regular chilis that tell you which appetizers are half off. Instead the menu has options for some wings or sliders and fries but there isn’t much of a price difference from ordering those same items regularly. The staff couldn’t answer my questions about it and although I understand they’re new they should still be trained on something like happy hour considering it’s a regular outting people do around here.
Although the food was good I think I’ll wait for a while before going back to see if they’re more knowledgeable and efficient.

Mallory is THAT GIRL! Her service was absolutely incredible, not only did she help us with any questions we had. She even went the extra mile by having genuine conversation with us and making it feel personal. She was extremely attentive to our needs, I never had to ask her for anything. She knew exactly what i wanted/needed before I did! While talking with her she mentioned that it was her first night working the floor by herself, and if she wouldn’t have told me I honestly wouldn’t have known. She did an outstanding job. I will be returning simply because of this lovely experience, and not just from her but the whole staff! 🙂

Horrible experience! This Chili’s will never get my money again. The worst part they don’t care! The food was not cooked properly. They screwed the order up! When I called the manager he said I will refund you a voucher within 24-48 hours. It was a $25 refund. Where is the rest of the money, my bill was $69.99. Please don’t waste your time or your money. This Chili’s is a joke!
