We opened our first restaurant in the summer of 2004 in Palo Alto, California! Over a decade and multiple locations later, we have turned our passion for fresh, high-quality deep dish & thin crust pizza and genuine hospitality into a signature experience that can only be summed up as “Patxi’s.”
Patxi’s embodies what your favorite neighborhood restaurant should be a warm, welcoming place where you can share a delicious meal with friends and family and feel right at home. As we continue to grow and bring the Patxi’s experience to more communities across the country, we’ll stay true to our roots and never forget what makes each bite of our pizza so special. When you walk through our doors, you’re in for a treat.
Pizzeria chain serving creative deep-dish & thin-crust pies in a stylish, contemporary setting.

Only area open seemed to be the patio. Not bad but inside might have been a little more comfy. Pizza was hot and good. Deep dish was well made. The appetizer came out warm but not hot. Beers cold. Service was good. Overall better than average. Just didn’t feel like wow gotta that was awesome.

My first time. I will say I had a friendly, greeting. I checked out the menu. And tried the Chicken Pesto soup. I ordered at lunchtime. I ordered the half sandwich and soup. The soup was pretty, hot & flavorful. The sandwich was the Patxi Spicy Italian. Ooh! It was so good! I was, pleasantly, surprised. The bread was homemade it was very, light. And a strawberry lemonade. Loved the menu had other foods. I would love to comeback and try.
They also serve drinks and it was also a nice menu of liquor, spirits and wine. From local brewers and whiskeys.
Has a nice casual outdoor patio with umbrellas outdoorsy bar.
I will suggest the restaurant. Your service does need some help. Maybe hire a trainer for your servers. The Host was on it. Servers need some training. Other than that. Wonderful place from my first visit. Just my thoughts.
My server did accidentally charge me someone else receipt but corrected it, quickly. I didn’t get upset. No need. Just suggest hiring a trainer for serving. It was an honest mistake. And it was credited back to my account.
I will come back it’s still a great place to eat! Even my first time. 🙂

I ordered the deep dish ultimate. It was incredibly flavorful and tasted super freshly made. The toppings were perfectly matched for an awesome flavor. The 10 inch is way more than a personal size and the wait for cooking is definitely worthwhile. My date who eats plant based created a lovely pesto mushroom olive thin crust that even i enjoyed. We were stuffed but found space for an apple Stromboli. Now that was a meal of a dessert. Thanks Bill and Jorge for a wonderful experience. Felt like we’ve been visiting for years on our 1st visit.

The monthly open mic poetry night at Paxti’s is the best! It’s great to listen to all the different poems and poets, locals, and those from all across the bay. When poetry isn’t being read, the 80s soundtrack is my jam! The menu has a nice variety of pizza options, you can buy one on the menu, add extra (or lessen) toppings to it, or create your own. My father enjoys their salads. Their cranberry and orange mimosas are great go-to drinks.

I love pizza, I know pizza. THIS IS PIZZA. Honestly this could be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The taste is rich. The dough is incredibly light and tasty, thin yet foldable. I’m really impressed. This is one of the few places I wish I can rate more than five stars. With the service they offer, the politeness and hospitality they show, the staff really deserves a ten. Highly recommended and will visit again whenever I’m in town.

This is a relatively small place with great pizza and sauces. We did a build-your-own pizza which turned out to be amazing! The fresh arugula topping made it even better. We asked for hot water and they gave us cups and saucers like teas with little kettles for hot water. Their service was great and pizza amazing.

You want deep dish pizza in the Dublin area , this is the place to go. I’m sorry , yes, it does beet Zachary’s! Perfect flaky crust, none of that over corn mealy crust like come of these “authentic” Chicago pizza joints. The is west coast deep dish! Prices aren’t cheap, but you want the best you gotta pay.

It is something to mention in today’s times when you receive personal, caring, product unformed service at a Pizza restaurant. We were greeted by the host with smiles and properly greeted by the manager, Bill who patiently explained the situation regarding a promotional dessert item. Then the server, Jorge, took quality time to explain our menu options without apparent boredom from our naievete. Thank you for a wonderful date night and dinner experience.
