I can’t stand this location. None of them speak English. My snack wrap never has a sufficient amount of lettuce and cheese and the chicken is always old. They’re very rude here too. The whole staff needs to be replaced except for the one super friendly white boy.

Ordered a latte which they said they had. Then, when I pulled up to the pickup window they said they didn’t have it and can substitute with a regular coffee which I am not really a fan off. And regular coffee is a dollar cheaper than latte. They would not refund the price difference and gave me nasty attitude.

Extremely rude staff, all I wanted to do was ask a simple question at the drive-through. And got told to leave. All I was asking was about a seasoning packet. And I got told that other customers are more important. That’s extremely disrespectful. Especially when the question takes half a second to answer. I will not be coming back to this location.

I typically don’t like to rate big box corporations but, this one was cleaner than most that I go into, food came out quickly and accurately and the tables were clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I did not use the restroom to see if it was clean which is usually touch and go at places like this.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a kids meal with extra fries…. got apples after asking 3 times for the extra fries … okay cool but then I get a quarter pounder burger that was still mooing. Didn’t realize it until 3 bites in. This is why people are getting sick cause yall are not cooking the food. I am all set with fast food. I’m sick. The burger was raw. Cooked for 5 seconds raw! . September 28th 8:08 p.m. I ordered in drive thru. Got a combo with an iced tea. I almost finished all the tea when I noticed “black specks” in the bottom of my cup. The burger was dried out, I asked for FRESH FRIES and didn’t get that. I am truly sickened and the fact that my elderly PARENTS frequent this place concerns me greatly. NEVER going there again!!!
