This is a corporate store, which makes the level of unprofessionalism I experienced even more disappointing. The ultimate sign of disrespect is when employees deliberately ignore a customer who is clearly waiting to be helped.
I sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes waiting on a pizza that was already ready. During that time, two female employees — one heavyset with burgundy braids and another tossing dough — made eye contact with me several times but never once came to the window to ask what I needed or to provide any assistance. Their lack of engagement was shocking, especially since they could clearly see me waiting.
When a gentleman working alongside them finally came to the window, he handed me the pizza and apologized for the delay. I asked why the others would see me and not assist, but he said he couldn’t share their names. That’s unacceptable — how can customers report poor service if employees’ identities are withheld?
It’s disappointing to encounter such disregard for customers, especially at a corporate location where professionalism and accountability should be the standard. It took real restraint not to knock on the window, because I know without a doubt both women saw me sitting there. Corporate needs to seriously review the customer service practices at this store.

I placed an order the day before to ENSURE it was delivered by 11AM- at 11:20 I called to speak to a manager. I was told the driver called but did not get an answer. This was no true. We ended up going to pick up the pizza and wings. Both pizzas were flavorless and dry. The wings were undercooked. I am very disappointed and will write a letter about this experience.

I frequently go to this restaurant maybe 6 to 7 times within a month for a quick lunch sometimes dinner. But I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my order. Not this day I waited over 30 minutes 20 of which I just waited to get acknowledged. Terrible. Then took the name of my order and then no acknowledgement after that just sitting in the car waiting and waiting and waiting. No I’m sorry for your wait or anything. Don’t know if it was new management at this establishment or what but I am very displeased.

Multiple times we have ordered delivery. This is the only store that delivers to us. We pay a delivery fee and tip. They always try to force the worst quality pizzas on us and they could care less. Then you have to bring the pizza back to get them to remake it. My pizza should have been remade and the delivery fee should have been refunded and the pizza. Jaylyn or Janet, the manager had the pizza remade but we are tired of going through this. People kept saying different names. Why do your employees look at a pizza that’s supposed to be sausage and extra cheese and send out a burnt pizza with not even a complete regular amount of cheese? Someone looked at this pizza and cut it before they tapped the box, and sent it to us like forget em they will take it. This happens all the time. If you order delivery they will play with you and your food.

Today was a really hard day for me with everything I had going on an I was feeling horrible and sad but I got hungry so I decided to place a order here for some pizza wings and a drink and when I say the customer service and food was top tier from the time I called the person who took my order was polite and very informative and patient to getting my order didn’t take long and the delivery girl was so nice and sweet and hair looked amazing to calling the store back to thank the manager very professional and polite as well I just had to say thank you I know sometimes some people feel like what they do doesn’t matter but it does all the way to working at a pizza place thank you Jesus for putting them on my mind and path tonight cause they truly made my day and I appreciate each of yall who worked tonight my pizza was good wings was on point and fresh and hot and no mistakes was made yall truly were a blessing to me I appreciate yall so much

The “manager” (that’s what she said she was) working on the register didn’t know the add-on prices. And she was (unprofessional); chewing gum while she checked me out. Then I asked for napkins and she stated “We’re out of napkins”. The pizza was good.
