We were very excited to try a new pizza place. However, we didn’t realize that if you order a single slice, they reheat a slice of pizza from the display in the front. They do the same with the garlic knots. No idea how long they had been sitting there and while I understand single slices can’t be made fresh to order, I would expect the pizzas sitting to at least be under a heat lamp or something. The employee did her best to accommodate us and I appreciate it given how exhausted and busy she seemed, and the restaurant itself seems cool. But the pizza didn’t taste all that great, it took at least 25 minutes for our food to be reheated and brought out, and we stood at the front for 15 minutes to ask for to go boxes and the employees ignored us and then disappeared into the back. I hate leaving less than savory reviews but I wish I had known about these things before coming and spending my money here.

OK, so this is not the proper location. It’s literally not showing up in Google maps but this is by the target near Harrison Road. Kind of in the world Arena area.
I go get pizza there and the pizza to me is just terrible, but today I had to mail out something at the UPS store. The pizza was right next-door. I went in and I told them I’m an Italian from New Jersey so tell me before I order and spend all this money, is your calzones OK he said they were great.

This was all bred. There was absolutely no flavor. I even asked him to mix, garlic and butter, and based it all over the bread, and I asked for extra ricotta. I literally got none of that none of that. He even told me that they melt Parmesan on the top and I didn’t get none of that either. I was so disappointed because he seems like such a nice person. Even the owner has a great character, but this is not a place I would go and eat again. I just cannot recommend it at all. This is based off of my own preferences, my own experiences and ability to cook in combination with the food that I have enjoyed elsewhere.
The truth is the food gets a one star because it’s great service I had to give them two ♀️

Wow what can I say!!!! Oh yah the manager at this location will be seeing me tomorrow. I ordered on their website and when in an picked up my food. Well I got home and I didn’t have my order. When I called they got short with me. The first person responded with I dont know what is going on. The second person tried to tell me I was wrong and then said I was owed $5. Are you kidding all the stuff on my pizza was missing. Then she said I had to call someone else. Even though I order off their website and picked it up myself. I asked 5 times who I was calling. No response. I was yelled at. I called the number she gave me. WRONG number. I called them back and told her I didn’t have the right number is was wrong. She said it was right and hung up on me. So tomorrow I will be seeing a manager. Why because nothing was resolved. Save your money Little Ceasers is better pizza and the employees will not treat you poorly. Oh and not once did I get I am sorry we inconvenience you by messing up your order you paid alot for!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before going here, I would not have tried them. There is just 2 in our house so we decided on a Large Half n Half pizza (meat lovers and supreme). Waited about 25 minutes for it to brought out as a veggie/meat lovers. She said well he put… “Oops, it was Supreme, I made a veggie earlier and had that on my mind. I’ll get a fresh one.” They took it back stating they would fix it. We were expecting to have to wait another 25 minutes and to our surprise they brought us out our new pizza in about 10 minutes. Their “fix” was just cook up some sausage and pepperoni and toss it on top of the one that was made incorrectly. Wanting to get home, we took it and left. Five minutes later when we got home we discovered everything except the sausage and pepperoni were cold. The sauce lacked any kind of flavor, it tasted like tomato sauce with a little oregano sprinkled on top (and not much as you could only taste the oregano every few bites). The were very little meats or other topping on both halves almost as though they started to put them on and realized it was a cheese only and they hoped the little they put on would not be realized. If you wanting a good pizza, this is not the place to go, I generally do not like pizza but if I had a choice between her and Little Caesar’s I would get a hot and ready. My advice…. save your $30 and go spend it somewhere else or make your own the way you want it.

Thought I chose a clean New York pizza place. My mind changed after I watch the employee bus dirty tables handel cash and make my food all while never changing his dirty gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Think im gonna throw a large pizza away grossed out. Unless he is wearing magic self cleaning gloves properly hasn’t changed them all day. More sanitary procedures necessary. They must need lessons form the health department. Won’t be back and im a Manitou local.

The man was very nice behind the counter. I loved the music choice brought back some memories. I definitely enjoyed the food. The calzones was delicious and the wings were very good. I love the buffalo sauce they use. Not from around here but I would definitely come back

The pizza and garlic knots taste great however every time my wife and I order their food, we have stomach issues. Yesterday we order a large pie for dinner, only for us to have full blown food poisoning around 1am that night. It was coming out of both ends if you catch my drift. Our entire house smells like pizza.
My hypothesis is theres some cross contamination going on in that kitchen. Im not sure if the owner is aware that his employees dont uphold standards when he isnt there.

I wish this was a positive review for great tasting pizza, but I can not reccommend this establishment on the pizza alone. Inconsistent customer service is the most I can say. I try to give my business to this business, but it feels like they don’t really want it. I will no longer try to support this local business.

First time ordering, last time ordering. My wife ordered a large (16in) supreme pizza through Grubhub and it was less than satisfactory. It was a big pizza with decent crust, however that was the only thing good about it. The pizza lacked any discernible sauces and the cheese was like someone microwaved it onto the pizza. On top of the expensive yet lackluster pizza, when we received it, we noticed that they purposely spelled my wife’s name wrong (she has a unique name that’s hard to misspell, yet they went out of their way to not only misspell it, but they spelled it in the most stereotypically racist manner possible.) Overall, the pizza was bread at best and I recommend skipping this place and either going somewhere else where you can get more bang for your buck or creating your own pizza yourself.
