Listen, I can’t say enough great things about this spot!!! The reviews do not lie!! I often times am looking for a healthier option, especially late at night and I love that they offer grilled food as well as cheese steaks, seafood, just other options aside from fried food only. The fried food doesn’t disappoint either! Britney along with all the other staff is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top-tier and the food is always fresh and well seasoned. I’m hooked! My family and I have been consecutive days in this last week and will continue to come. This is just pictures of what I had. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

I stopped by this restaurant recently, and it ended up being one of the best casual food spots I’ve tried in a while. The menu is simple, but everything tastes fresh and made with care.
Shrimp:
The shrimp was the standout. It came out hot, lightly crispy, and perfectly seasoned. You can actually taste the spices—not too salty, not too oily. The portion size was generous, and each piece tasted fresh, not frozen. The dipping sauces paired well, especially the house cocktail or garlic butter.
Wings:
Their wings were just as impressive. They had that perfect balance of crunchy skin with juicy meat inside. I tried a couple sauces—lemon pepper and mild buffalo—and both had real depth of flavor. The lemon pepper wasn’t just dusted on; it had a buttery, citrusy taste. The buffalo sauce had the right kick without being overwhelming. You can tell they cook the wings to order.
Subs:
The sub I tried was packed and well-prepared. The bread was warm with a slight crunch on the outside and soft inside. Every ingredient tasted fresh—the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were crisp, and the meat was well-seasoned. It didn’t fall apart or get soggy, which is rare for a big sub.
Service & Atmosphere:
Service was fast and friendly. The staff actually pays attention and makes sure your order is correct. The restaurant itself was clean, including the tables and the area where they prepare the food. Even when it got a little busy, the wait time stayed reasonable.
Overall:
If you’re in the mood for seafood, wings, or a solid sub, this place checks every box. The food is flavorful, the portions are worth the money, and the quality is consistent. Definitely a spot I’d come back to—and recommend to others.

I had a problem with the snapper I ordered Sunday November 30th and I returned the next day and the manager fix the problem asap and the meal I received was extremely excellent, I never had a problem with the fish before but they stand by their policy that they had the best fish and chicken in Duvall County. They did not even hesitate to rectify the problem I had. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff and management were awesome and I will be going back again and recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Great late night spot for chicken wings and fries. We hit the drive through but you can walk up if you need to. They season the chicken and the fries really well and it was fresh and hot. All for a reasonable price

The location I am talking about is the Duval Fish & Chicken off of Moncrief. The lady who took my order was really nice, she was very welcoming when I said I moved close by recently, she gave me a fist bump and said welcome to the neighborhood a second time as I was leaving, I sadly didn’t get her name but still overall, great service, great food most definitely, the worker who asked my order was very welcoming and kind, I was just happy getting some good food and talking to some nice people. I honestly was pretty nervous when I had to leave because I wasn’t used to someone walking outside a store just to say those nice things to me so I didn’t know how to respond or what to respond with. I’m very happy about the food and that I met that kind lady, I will definitely be going back again hopefully soon, and most definitely around the same time so I can see that nice lady again. My chicken sandwich was spoiled meat was not fresh was sour and I took it back and he said they made it fresh I like them but won’t be back for getting sour food then I asked for a cheeseburger they didn’t put onion or hardly anything on it I’d rather cook at home or go somewhere else. My son chicken was sour too just got this information please avoid this place they need to be shut down serving spoiled meat. Now I’m too furious

This was my first time at this establishment. I have watched them build the place and when the first open it was so crowded I never really got a chance to try it until recently. I want to say I had so much high hopes for the place but I was kind of disappointed. The customer service was okay. It could have been a lot better but when I received my drink my cup was spilling over with soda and the representative didn’t even try to give me any napkins.
I was excited about my food being made fresh but what I can say is the positive experience is they give you a great portion which I love about the place; however, on the flip side the burger I received wasn’t seasoned and the lettuce was old as well as the tomato. I was really disappointed in that. The fries were fresh which is the best part of everything I ordered. The cake wasn’t that good it was dry and off. I love the condiment. I don’t eat ketchup really but I was very impressed with the packaging. I will probably give this place one more try but for right now I’m disappointed.
