Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Could not continue to eat it. Fries were cold the big bacon classics we ordered was cold and over cooked. The cheese was like plastic. I guess they were short on lettuce because there was tiny pieces on the burger. Unfortunately, the choices are slim here in Peru so I guess they can get away with poor quality control. Sad. Do not recommend.

Ordered 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo, obviously you see both sandwiches are wrong one plain not even spicy, the other no extra mayo and the lettuce almost looks brown. Couldn’t even ring it up right on the receipt. Fries cold. And the strawberry lemonade is now garbage coming out of the machine now they said, but would’ve been nice to know it’s machine while ordering because we would’ve got something else to drink knowing beforehand, doesn’t look right and the taste is not that great, used to be some of the best strawberry lemonade around now it’s probably the worst. My burger was alright though not hot but not cold. Usually this location isn’t bad in my experience yea sometimes they’ll forget something who doesn’t I get it but this is ridiculous considering had to wait like 15 minutes with no one ahead of me and the lady had to open the window twice to confirm some of the order.

Service was great but my double stack meat was dry and luke warm. The bun was hard as a rock on the top and soft on the bottom. The cook can do better. I know he can. I’ve got faith in management to lead by example. Thank you for great service with a smile!

No ice and when asked about it was told yeah its been that way for a few months. No I can get you ice or anything of the sort. Just inconsiderate and uncaring about warm and flat soda. Food was bearable fries in the baconator fries were cold. We also received no crackers for a large chili. When I went up to get crackers they were sticky and looked recycled from someone else’s try.

Personally I could hardly handle the lack of customer service here. The time it took them to prepare three items that I’d think are regularly bought items was too long. Sat waiting for food for about 15min, literally. Buttery Chicken sub croissant was dry without much butter glaze at all, Breakfast Burrito was unwrapped and unwrapped… I’m unsure if they have someone new but that wasn’t put together well at all. The Hoosier Bowl was okay, could have been better had I received a fork with it to consume it while it was still warm… over all the service sucks here and the people they have in the window need some skill assessments because their quality of customer communication was baffling. The gentleman in the window taking orders was very unpleasant to talk to, rudely interjecting while ordering, they weren’t personable at all.

This location is ALWAYS seems to shortchange us on food in some way. Tonight was no exception. This was SUPPOSED to be a large order of fries. The workers need to be trained that this is completely unacceptable! We shouldn’t have to order a large to get the equivalent of a small. The rest of the food was otherwise great tonight. Everything was hot and was freshly made.
Bonus: If you happen to have a guy named R. J. Take your order, you get a little entertainment, too! He might come off as a little awkward at first but he is very likeable, entertaining, funny, and knows what he is doing! If they dont have this guy set up to run the place eventually, then they are doing themselves a HUGE disservice!

Don’t expect your food to be hot. It will be old and/or cold. Don’t expect speedy service. Way below the average Wendy’s quality. If you want a good Wendy’s meal go elsewhere.
