3 strikes you’re out! Ive gone here consistently over the last two years. The older man at the window is always pleasant. But the cooks/Baristas keep getting order wrong. Because im often going before work, im not as diligent about checking my order and whenever I call yo get exchange the pretend not to understand me. Today I called and they said they don’t sell lattes??? Its Dunkin. I was thinking about boycotting anyway and this made it easier.

Be aware this is not a typical Dunkin store! I asked if they accept mobile app because I had a coupon that I told I would like to use. They said I could use it without telling me they do NOT grant Dunkin coupons and promotions. After I got my order, realized I got charged the full prize which is even higher than a regular Dunkin! Very misleading.
I called the corporate to share my experience and was told the Regional team would follow up. They emailed me, apologized and said they would mail a DD gift card to compensate. This was back in March and it is now Aug. Even after they asked for a 2nd address, because the card they SAID was already mailed has never showed up !?, there is still no mail! I Terrible follow up and unkept promise by their Regional team. Now, I know better and will never shop here again!

I arrived in Hamilton on a weary Sunday afternoon and felt a great deal of exhaustion. While I waited for my ride, I stopped in this small shop. I got an iced coffee and a granola bar. It’s a Dunkin Donuts, so you shouldn’t expect the best quality but it’s right there in the train station and is very convenient.

I stood at the counter while hearing the employees discussing something loudly. They did not hear or see me. So while I stood there I placed the order through my phone app. My order was completed fast. 3 stars goes to the young man with glasses working there. He was very pleasant and provided good customer service with my order.

First of all, never a big fan of DD, but this place is even worse compared to its chains. They do NOT accept DD app, which means you cannot use your DD gift card or reward card with your phone. Haven’t tried physical gift card, because I never got one — it’s 2015 already! In addition, the coffee is bad. Coffee is never good in DD, but the coffee here tastes like coffee flavored water. And they add half & half when you ask for milk. It is a convenient store for donuts and magazines, but I wouldn’t go unless I really have no other options.

Not very nice for being in a train station with many travelers. There medium coffee is considered large. I didn’t realize until after my.coffee was made that it was a medium so my coffee was really sweet. When I asked for a large he simply said “that’s the largest your gonna get it.”

Sincere thanks to the employee at 4pm today (Sat) who graciously helped me try to find a NJTransit employee. (I had lost my phone) No luck, but he gets great credit for customer service—even though my order was 8 hrs prior.
