This is my third or fourth time picking up here and the food has always been ready on time, handed over with a smile, and always delicious. Portions are very generous. Photos of my dinner include egg rolls, chicken fried rice, and beef pan fried noodles with vegetables. Definitely deserves higher ratings.

Tasty Chinese at a reasonable price. The Szechuan dumplings and Mongolian beef were excellent.

Food prepared fresh good flavors. Online ordering platform rather cumbersome. Need to enter tip prior tip order completion which should be preset to zero for a pickup order. Also their was a delay in my order as I arrived 10 min later and they had just received my order.

Wow the service here is so awful they did not wash there hands when they were making my food. After they had picked up items from the floor. The girl at the front desk Marge was told to call the manager and the manager did not care at all about my concer. I have tried to explain that I would not eat the food prepare by their employees due to the mess they also had all over their restaurant. I will be calling the health department I saw rodents stuck on the mouse trap and flies all over this establishment. Please do not eat here especially children and elderly. They also take extra money off your card when u pay with a card. Be careful they rude and unprofessional. Who ever was the manager today refused to give me her name.

My 10 year old daughter is still in the washroom throwing up. I’m already feeling sick too. We will be going to the urgent care in a few mins to confirm, but this restaurant just made us sick. And I personally have high tolerance for food. The bourbon chicken is undercooked. It not only tasted rubbery and hard, I can almost guarantee you this is what dog meat tastes like even though I have never intentionally had dog meat. This is NOT the bourbon chicken from then all food court that we all love. This is undercooked, dog meat that has gotten me and my child sick. Took lots of pictures. The orange chicken was disgusting and after a couple of bites, that chicken is also undercooked. The crab Rangoon tastes like arm pit sweat and that’s the only analogy I can think ok. How in the world did this restaurant t get 4.5 on UberEats?!!? Did they hire people and paid them to rate it highly? Anyways – let’s see what urgent care says.
