Today I have the worst experience ever I went in. I ordered a large pizza with half cheese and the other half cheese, pepperoni and mushroom when I got there but first pizza they Made was half no cheese and half cheese, mushroom and pepperoni when that’s not what I ordered so I gave it back. They were supposed to remake it the second time they he screwed it up again this time there was no cheese on the half that was supposed to have pepperoni and mushroom and the other half had cheese like how hard is it to make a pizza that wasn’t even a complicated order And when I asked them to remake it the first time the guy that took my order over the phone all he did was laughing in my face and then messed it up when they made it again the second time I’m not normally one to complain, but that was really disrespectful and I don’t understand how hard it was to make that pizza And I normally never have a problem here, but I’m super disappointed that they messed it up twice and I live way outside of town and I did not have time to go back to take it a second time for them to remake it a third time. I’ve been coming to this Dominos for close to 10 years. But I hadn’t been back in 3 months. Got some pizza for a late lunch/ Early Christmas eve dinner & I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pizza was made perfect and exactly how I ordered it. Pepperoni, Chicken. Green chile. Extra-Alfredo sauce. The wait at the window was just a little bit longer than I expected. But being early Christmas eve, that’s understandable. The girl at the window got my name and brought my pizza out quickly. It looks like they got a few new employees. Maybe this Dominos is on the upswing.

I ordered 2 pizzas, got all the way home and this is what we find. Tried calling could not get tho. Went back to the store. Keep in mind the other pizza is getting cold not happy. Not worth 14.99

I finally ordered a stuffed crust pizza. I was really looking forward to trying Domino’s newest pizza.
Service was prompt and very friendly.
The pizza not so much. It seems they put cheese in the crust, but ran out of cheese for the top. There were several bare areas. Also, there was a lack of pizza sauce, it had barely any.
Then, the pie was under baked. It wasn’t doughy, but also not crispy. It could have been baked a few minutes more. Because of the inadequate sauce and being under baked, the pie was not as flavorful as expected. This is the first time that I got a pizza here that was very disappointing.

The customer service was awesome, and the timeliness was right on point. However, I was not pleased at all with how my food was cooked.. the pizza as well as the boneless chicken bits were very dry (almost as dry as the surrounding desert ) due to being over cooked. My favorite part of the pizza, which is the crust, looked and tasted like a pretzel . I wasn’t sure if I was eating bread bites or chicken bites because It was so dry…the best part of my meal was the ranch dressing. I am new to Alamogordo but I don’t think I’ll be using this Dominos

Consistently one of the worst Domino’s. This person should get their franchise pulled. Twice in a row, I get raw in the middle pizza. I ask for “well done” bake in the app. This store does not understand they are at 4,600′ in elevation, and do not cook their pizzas through… raw in the middle pizza is disgusting. NO RESPONSE FROM DOMINO’S STORE OR CORPORATE ON THIS MATTER FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS

I cannot count the times that I have either placed an order online or for pick up and my order be entirely wrong or damaged, when I call the store to try and get it fixed, each time I have had to deal with the same belligerent associate RON who completely has no training or skills in customer service, this employee refuses to accommodate my order when delivered wrong or picked up! He now claims that he can and will talk to any customer in a disrespectful tone to include cussing when he feels like it! I have asked Store Manager for Corporate office number on many occasions and they refuse to give it out! I have never been treated so poorly as I do each time I want to eat pizza from dominoes!! My business with them is DONE!

The female manager was very rude and arrogant. She was talking down on her employees and made one of them go home for “having an attitude”, even though he was trying to help. She also seems to favor her female employees over the other ones.

The female manager was very sexist and rude when I went in and picked up my order. I also overheard her telling the employees not to tell customers that they used expired dough. She was also berating one of her employees for trying to help make pizzas while she just stood there.
