Food was fine. I ordered from the app and 5pm it said order would be ready at 520pm. The app even showed that my order was ready for pickup. Get to the store my order was not ready and they finished all the guests in line before making my order. Had to wait another 20 mins. The workers were moving at a snail pace with 0 urgency.

Sad where things are going these days! I tried a month ago to do an order they messed it up then was told by worker come back now and we can fix and give you items we missed, I was not driving 30 min out of my way to go back I said refund items missed they said we can’t…… I should have known better went back today online order picking up my son goes in to get order said they had no cookies a 6 pack and 12 pack almost 18.00 worth here is 2 bag of chips…no I do not want chips and I would like my mo eh back. The girl stated she could not do that I said please call your manager she said she could not do that I said I was not leaving until she did. Well she called and I got my koney after they talked her how to do on register. I get home 2 of 4 sandwiches are wrong roast beef on them no bacon …. I went back to store she tried to argue that it comes with roast beef I said read the receipt. She tried to take items off sandwich and add the bacon I said no you can remake them those are wrong, she gave attitude to me. They remade the sandwiches but when do we own our wrongs and make them right? When do we make it right for the customer and just an apology. Then she proceeded to say from when I was up there last time about the cookies we got it working the oven you can get them. How about you tell me the issue was previous and when customer comes your not sitting on your phone texting. People Wonder why we do t go out to eat these days and the customer service is so poor.

Generally make the sandwiches well. However, the receipt is nicely labeled with numbers for each sandwich… They even have different colored stickers on each sandwich. But they don’t label the sandwiches with the corresponding number. It’s infuriating when you have a lot of people’s sandwiches. Also, when asked if the chips are in the pick-up order bag, why say of course they are when they aren’t? Again, infuriating.

Awesome! Although I had a wait, the server was kind, polite, and friendly. My sandwich was perfect! All veggies on vegan friendly bread! The staff were so amazing. They did not question or give me issues with me asking for them to change to clean gloves because I am vegan!

We ordered a very large catering order from this store, and I am highly impressed! The service was friendly, happy, accurate, and timely. The group loved the food, and appreciated how fresh and tasty it was. Kudos to this Subway store for being awesome!!! We will call directly to this store in the future for catering orders or stop by for a quick bite.

As I was giving my toppings, the employee was either asked by another employee or they asked a question over top of me, interrupting me, saying said items and looked away towards them. If I wasn’t in such a good mood I most certainly would have done more than just glared.
Another Employee didn’t know if Google Pay was accepted so kinda had to mess with that a little bit. This must be a cost cutting store because I got maybe 5 pieces of green pepper, onion and a 5 year old could have grabbed more lettuce with a thumb and 2 fingers than i got on the entire sub. Sub was good but I won’t be back to this location. I’ve been wronged too many times lately that I’m tracking and never returning to the ones that do.

Out of all fairness I gave this review some time… and I’m still as compelled now as I was then to report how terrible of an experience I had at this Subway. Came for a sandwich an was met with attitude. Customer service was the worst. Not much to say but we would nEVER eat here again. Stay away, people. Save yourself the time and energy of being mistreated without reasoning.
