I love chipotle, I was so excited to eat here, but was extremely disappointed. The service was terrible, I asked for guacamole and pico and they told me they were out. 5 minutes later other customers got guacamole and pico. The works were also extremely rude with not personality, the store was also very dirty. Where is the manager??? This establishment needs to be shut down. 3 stars is too good of a review.

I’ve given this location a few chances now and I’m consistently disappointed. It wasn’t until now that I realize so many others have similar concerns. The service is lacking tremendously, there’s always out of stock items, and the portions are variable. Tonight’s meal sealed the deal on never going back to this location. The order was placed on their app for pick up. They were out of Mexican coke and decided to replace it with a bottle of Coke Zero. This was noticed at pick up so I gave it back to them and asked for a fountain drink instead. There were no lids or straws out and they stated they have none. The burrito bowl could be described as sour cream with a side of rice and meat and there were no fajita veggies as ordered which they said nothing about at pick up. My husband’s burrito also lacked veggies so I can assume they were out, but some notice would have been appreciated. The small queso had 5 chunks of chicken in it (which may have been great for someone, but I just wanted queso and the chicken took up a majority of cup). This is one of a handful of disheartening experiences and I truly hope this location can accept any and all opportunities for improvement in the future. Until then, I’ll have to hope N Main does better and I highly recommend others give that one a shot before spending money at this location.

Went after work this Tuesday (5pm) and they were out of absolutely everything. No black beans, only chicken, no pico, guacamole was brown, and no lettuce. Nice young lady was finishing up my burrito after she attempted to fill her empty containers. Meanwhile there were multiple employees in the kitchen just goofing off. Absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone. To top it off they didn’t even have a bag and stained my brand new pants. Incredibly frustrating and will no return to this location and will ensure that no one I know does.

Out of a bunch of items, to include salsa, chicken, brown rice, ice, and syrup for what soda they did have. Tables were nasty and I asked to a side of Al Pastor Chicken, but got Queso Blanco. We have had nurmerous issues with this location, to the point the last time we went was months ago. Tried again today, fail. Do not recommend

We had a flat tire just outside this location and the manager was nice enough to check on my mom while she waited for the tow truck to put on the spare. When we came back in for lunch later, he remembered her, was fun, friendly and joking around with her. Great customer service and a great guy. Thank you for helping us shake off a bump in our trip!

Incredibly, this one location has managed to ruin the chipotle experience for thousands of customers. Want anything more specific than rice, beans, and meat? Best they can do is slop in a cardboard bucket. Want chips? They’re out. Hoping to order online? Guess what, it’ll be cold, gross, and wrong. The singular accomplishment of this brain-defying management team is that they have Chipotle-branded packaging and interior design–good job, guys! … Everything else is literally scraping the sludge off the bottom of the barrel and wrapping it in a tortilla for $15.

Terrible workers with a terrible attitude. Not taking in person orders being rude to everyone that walks in. Taking her sweet time to fill up a drink for herself. Has no urgency getting these orders done mind you it’s 6 pm and they close at 11 pm. Just pure laziness and terrible customer service.

This rating is for Chipotle corporate, not the workers. I waited almost an hour for a pickup order but had to leave to get lunch elsewhere. The workers said that they were over 40 minutes behind on orders, at which point, there should be some way to notify people online or allow the store to stop accepting orders. Chipotle’s online ordering platform falls short in many ways, would recommend ordering from local restaurants instead.

After paying $7.75 (!!!) for chips and guac, got home with yesterday’s oxidized guac. It’s not just the top, the whole depth is tasteless brown goo. AND the chips all taste like burnt popcorn from being over-fried. Are you kidding, @Chipotle???!! Arghh!
