It is NOT like other chick fil a’s! They don’t do rewards/app. They don’t have music. I heard employees swearing at other employees. It is not the typical Christian atmosphere and service as one expects Chik fil a to have!!

The associates who work here should be praised for all their hard work they do. Wether it’s early in the morning, or in the evening, the people here are always Kind, and fast, and makes sure my food is fresh and hot. They always do a great job, even through they sometimes deal with customer that can be rude sometimes. I was there yesterday and saw a Guy yell at one of the associates, what a Jerk! I don’t know what happened, but I’m sure that wasn’t necessary. Another time, I saw someone else fuss because of a card issue. They’re an Express, so they can’t take everything the big locations can, but that’s not a reason to give them a hard time. But regardless of what happens, they get through the day and do their best to make sure everyone is satisfied. That’s what I like about this location. Keep up the great work

The worst Chick-fil-A experience i have ever had. Bathrooms were disgusting. All the employees were sitting at tables except for one guy standing at the register.

I went there for a take out order and The location was very clean, the bar was well stocked, the ladies were nice and working quickly, but the guy that was taking our order clearly needs more training. Usually, I have more patience and understanding since Ive worked in food service and know how it is sometimes confusing taking orders. When we finished and I asked for my receipt, he told me to hold on and just stared at the back counter for something… then he started to get the cups for our drinks. He then asked me to repeat our 4 drinks (2 pepsi, 1 MD, and 1 Sweet Tea) while he was holding our receipt with our drinks on it. So I asked him if i could have my receipt and he tells me to hold on again. He gave us the two pepsi cups and the md and told us our food would be right out. I reminded him yet again that we had ordered a Sweet Tea, asked if we could have a drink carrier, and for our receipt (now desperately nervous that our order is wrong with all of the confusion with only four drinks and being refused to see it)! He brought us a 2 cup carrier and to get our tea. When he came back, he saw the mistake, switched it out and once again said that our order would be out shortly! “May I Have My Receipt Please!” I exclaimed and he finally handed it over after looking around for it! I checked the receipt and it looked ok, but after we got our food and rushed to the car to check it, they gave us a 6 piece instead of a 12 piece. So I LUCKILY HAD MY RECEIPT TO GO BACK!
Went back in and showed them the mistake and while I was in there, someone exclaimed that the guy lost another receipt! (Didnt surprise me one bit) I was able to get the order corrected, but what was suppose to be a short easy visit ended up turning into adding more stress and anxiety to my day.

Knew it was not part of the One app but didn’t expect it to be so different. Pepsi products, a noticeably different taste from normal breading recipe and bun, and not as clean as the typical Chick fil a- bathrooms grimy and saw a cockroach walking across the floor in the dining area which was thankfully squashed by an unsuspecting patron. Would not return.

This is an express location, so not all menu items are available and they do not accept gift cards.However, food is super tasty as always and the service is great! Don’t forget that Chick-fil-A sauce!

Be careful when parking your vehicle at night at this place. There are a lot of walkers because the college is near inside is very busy also I waited probably about 20 minutes for a gallon of lemonade. But the Cobb salad was wonderful they made
