I’ve been coming here for weeks for the sip club and I accidentally mobile ordered a drink to the complete wrong location. They refused to honor my sip club at this location or just give me a fountain cup. This is something so small and could’ve been resolved simply but they had ZERO customer service and said to go get my drink at the location I ordered across town. Drive through lady on Saturday 0/10 for everything.

Complaint Regarding Today’s Meal
Dear Panera Team,
I have always enjoyed Panera because of the fresh and high-quality meals you provide, and I usually order with great confidence. However, today I was very disappointed to receive a meal that contained old avocado.
This experience was quite upsetting and not what I have come to expect from Panera. I kindly ask that more attention be given to the freshness of ingredients so that this does not happen again.

I ordered 2 pick 2s. I’ve been eating at this location for a while. While I got all the items I ordered, the new sandwich is pathetic, and I honestly do not think spending 6 dollars is worth it. Ordered two of the same southwest chicken for my partner and I, and look at how small it is! I’ve never had a panera sandwich be smaller than my hands. I have small hands as it is. The fact they also didn’t put hardly any chicken on my partners sandwich is just the icing on the cake with the sandwich being foul tasting. It tasted like a party tray sandwich left out in the hot summer sun with a ton of garlic. I’m going to be driving out of my way to other locations, which is sad because I liked this place.

Came out looking nothing like the picture…
A few (5) small peices of sliced broccoli, etc…
And the re-make was no better.

food is always good. today i picked up my food, said thank you, walked away…. then i heard one of the LOVELY workers behind me MIMICKING my “thank you” in a smart high pitched voice. next time i just won’t say thank you at all. i’ll just tell them to get back to work. do better with employees.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff was loudly speaking profanities. They locked the doors after we walked in while the lobby is still supposed to be open. It was 645pm on Saturday April 10th. An absolute disgrace of an establishment. Not a single worker talked to us. My pregnant girlfriends chicken was not even close cooked through. Not even good enough for takeout.

I’ve been coming to Panera for years, and I usually have a great experience, but today was really upsetting. The cashier, Jacob, was rude in a way that felt completely unnecessary. I just asked to switch the cheese on a kids’ meal—something I’ve done before without any problem—and he acted like I was asking for something impossible.
Then, he tried to charge me double for the order, which added to the confusion and frustration. I’m not sure if there was some miscommunication, but the way he spoke to me honestly made me feel belittled and unwelcome.
I love Panera and I hate that this experience left me feeling this way. I hope management sees this and helps make sure other customers don’t have to go through something like this.

One of the worst run Panera locations I have been to. Everytime I go through the drive through, it takes almost twenty minutes with only one other car in front. The staff seem clueless and always mixes up orders or prioritizes rapid pickup orders over those in the drive through or ordering at the counter. The last time I stopped through, I ordered a pepperoni flatbread and what they gave me was horrible. They appeared to leave the cheese almost completely off and just quickly and haphazardly added the sauce and a few globs of cheese and pepperoni. Needless to say it’s a bit ridiculous after such a long wait. Its clear that whoever owns this location doesn’t know what they are doing or seem to care how incompetent the staff is.

Haven’t been to this location in a while due to past bad experiences, but given the fact I am sick it’s the only thing that sounded good. I ordered a grilled cheese and a cup of chicken noodle. When I got home, I realized I literally had a spoon full of noodles and a small piece of carrot in the whole bowl. The rest broth. You would think with me sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes they would have been preparing more.
