READ THIS:
I had a horrible experience a few months ago at this little Caesars where the manager was completely disrespectful to me all because I brought to her attention that her staff doesn’t know what “extra sauce” means on your pizza. I told her this was not the first time this has happened. I pay for extra sauce I deserve extra sauce. They literally gave me less sauce than you normally would get on a pizza instead of extra.
She was completely rude to me and had a major attitude.
They did agree to make me a new pizza with extra sauce but while I was waiting for it to cook I called corporate to complain about her because I didn’t appreciate her bad attitude and unprofessionalism.
While I was holding my phone having on speaker with corporates keeping me on hold she accused me of video recording her on my phone and told me that she is UNTOUCHABLE AND WILL NEVER GET IN TROUBLE.
All the employees refuse to give me her name and told me they didn’t know it which is a big joke.
After my pizza was done I was asked to leave the store even though I wasn’t bothering anybody I was just waiting on hold to talk to corporate and I told The assistant manager that I was going to wait until I got corporate on the line as I wanted at this point my pizza for free since I had to put up with this crap from the manager.
She had the audacity to call the police on me And they came out and pretty much made me leave the store even though I was the victim of crappy service.
I did end up talking to corporate Little Caesars and they were appalled when I told him the situation.
They said they would have the owner call me. He called me one time A few days later but I was working and asked him if he could call me after 4:00 p.m. .
He agreed but I haven’t heard from him since and I’ve called corporate multiple multiple multiple times to please tell him to call me back and he has not. Corporate said because he’s a private owner they can’t make him call me or do anything about it.
The owner’s bad customer service reflects upon the managers bad customer service. The Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. This Little pizza restaurant sucks just like the Owner and the crappy ignorant Manager. If the owner and manager see this especially the manager I want to tell you Your store sucks and so do you!!

PPS- I also had a big problem a few weeks later at Domino’s Pizza. I called corporate They told me the owner would call me back And guess what!!!??
The next day the owner DID and after explaining the problem she apologized and sent me a card in the mail immediately for two free pizzas unlimited toppings and some pizza bites.
That is good customer service unlike Little Caesars /manager/owner.
Everyone reading this should go to Domino’s instead!!!

Just picked up order, got home (30 minutes later) my order was not correct. I called to let them know, told them I didn’t want another pizza just wanted them to know for future. The rude Daughter, of Sherri the manager, hung up on me. I know her mother must be proud. Ordered and paid for Extra most bestest pepperoni on both.
We have been patronizing this business for over 10 years now and never had a complaint. My business goes to where it is appreciated.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and Slice N Stix, but I was given two pepperoni pizzas instead, which are cheaper than what I paid for. When I spoke to the manager about a refund, they refused, which completely ruined our family night’s dinner and my day. Very disappointed with the service and the way it was handled.

Almost Always has my order ready when I get there and I’ve never had to wait more than a minute to get it. There is one manager there however that seems to dislike it when I check my order before I receive it. I don’t really appreciate the looks I get. But it’s kinda part of the job as a door dasher. If you served me incorrectly (which we both know thats highly unlikely) then the customer I have to deliver to will be mad. Y’all got as good as you are by taking every step to insure the customer is happy. Let me do the same. If I get bad reviews you do to. But otherwise. Everyone else is always looking after me. So 5 stars. Great service and good people

The service here at the Newberry SC location was very good. I appreciated that! Very friendly staff and food was ready when they said it would be. The food only gets 3 stars because I ordered some hot and ready pizzas and some specialty pizzas, the more expensive specialty pizzas were pretty good. The hot and ready pizzas were disgusting. It’s not the staff’s fault, it’s just not a good pizza.
