Onions when we asked for no onions, just disgusting food that is not edible. Slow service at the speaker (had to confirm my order about 4 times to the lady), and super rude service at the window. Never again will I return.

Absolute worse ever!! Biscuit so hard you can build a house with it. Checkout the cinnamon raisin. Crumbs and no icing!! The staff didn’t notice the horrible quality!! Owner needs to wake up! The breakfast was nasty and unacceptable!! Money down the drain for food that I had to trash.

Update: Stopped by Hardee’s to give them another chance this morning. Ordered a steak biscuit with tomato and mayo to which they gave me a half slice of one tiny tomato on my biscuit and handed me my own mayonnaise to put on. At this point I’ll make my own biscuits. The only reason you have one star is because I’m not allowed to give 0 stars. Biscuits have been overcooked not once but twice this week. Lead to incredibly hard biscuits. Also it’s aggravating when you order a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and your egg is thinner than the slice of cheese is. They have went way downhill on food quality. *Update- Just ordered online and my entire order was wrong when I got home with it. Missing half the fries for the meals and made my kids fully loaded hotdogs when they were supposed to be plain. Also threw in someone else’s food. SMDH Sadly it’s only gotten worse.

I know fast food is fast food- but with that being said, I didn’t even have anything edible here.
I went inside first and ordered a burger. Got it to go then needed to get something for someone else so went through the drive through.
The wait inside for the burger was really long. There appeared to only be two women working, and they were doing their best, so that wasn’t a problem. The burger did sit on the counter forever before fries were done.
Got the burger then ordered from drive through . Three cars ahead of me, two behind me.
I was told to pull up to wait. Took a bite of the burger and it was cold. Also it was a weird flat, dry, gray patty – not what I got at a Hardee’s last time I went.
After a while she came out and gave me a partially melted shake and said “I’m sorry for your wait, thanks!” But I didnt get the food. I waited a few minutes where I was before parking and going inside to ask.
I had paid for 5 chicken fingers. When I asked about the chicken the lady said “oh! It was three tenders, right?” I told her no it was 5. She said she was sure it was three and handed me a bag, thanked me and wished me a good day.
At that point I just took the bag.
The chicken didn’t appear greasy, and was still very slightly warm. But it tasted of that acrid, bitter taste of old oil. We wouldn’t have eaten five if we had had them.
So, cold burger, inedible chicken tenders and the shake was just okay. The coke was good.
The ladies were friendly but seemed a little lost.
Don’t live super close but definitely won’t bother to go back.

We came to Hardee’s on the morning of Monday, August 8th. The inside was closed but they had a beautiful open-air dining area located on the ground outside the main entrance. We had to wait in line without a car, but honestly the wait was sobering (literally). Although I paid $12 for Hardee’s, I am not upset. Food is temporary, but these memories will last forever…

Drive through service was poor to say the least. We were the only ones ordering yet our order took roughly 10-15mins to be ready the burgers where cold. In that order they forgot our straws and even BBQ sauce. Went inside to get bbq sauce for my kids chicken strips and everyone just stared at me and ignored me. left me waiting for help for roughly 5 mins.

A poor excuse for a “fast” food restaurant. I ordered a simple sausage breakfast platter. They were busy, understandably. I knew there would be a wait. But when customers who ordered before and after me were getting their food, and after waiting a full half-hour for something that should have took 5 minutes at the most to fix, I finally asked for my money back.

Chance waited on my mother, granddaughter, and myself. He was attentive to details and very customer service oriented. The store is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I hope that Hardee’s management takes note of the awesome job that Chance is doing and that they reward him for going above and beyond.

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Hamburger was dry, tasteless, small, terrible. Shake was excellent. Facility itself was unkempt, littered, butts everywhere, very dirty.
