The associate who took our order was nice, very friendly. The atmosphere was nice. I loved that greenery displayed along the wall and hanging down. The food itself was not great. I ordered the birria nachos. The beef was dry and very very bland. The big carrots were odd. The cheese sauce or whatever it was didn’t taste great in my opinion either.

The food is excellent, comes out yummy and aesthetically beautiful. My favorite drink is the Hibiscus Margarita! They custom make several flavor infusions for their margaritas.
Service has always been great. And the restaurant is very clean. In warmer weather the patio/ outdoor bar top seating option is very nice.

I have been a frequent dinner at this location. I have always received prompt and professional service. I’ve had complaints in the past of the background music and its volume. Last night I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with new music at a reasonable volume. The food was excellent as it has always been in the past. I’ve never been to a restaurant with a better selection of high end tequila. Our waitress, Ghermayoni, was one of the best servers I’ve had any place in the world. It was a wonderful evening and a worthy venue for my wife’s birthday dinner.

The food was delicious. Service was decent. Had a hard time getting our waitress’s attention. But other than that service was good. Atmosphere was not bad. Music could have been turned down. Just a touch. Sitting at a two-person table. Couldn’t hear each other talking due to the music being so loud.

Rocio was a FANTASTIC server and the Bartender too! Fresh juice drinks, house made ingredients for the food too. It was a refreshing dining experience. Trust the menu as it’s an exquisite flavor party. The atmosphere as well

If I could give zero stars for service I would. This was our first time visiting and we were very disappointed. From the time we walked in the server was very rude while sitting us, acting like it was a chore or something. Had to get up to get water refills. The server was deep in his phone the entire time, after we got our food he never came back to check on us. We also had to get up to get our bill so we could pay and leave. When we gave our card to pay he also took his phone out, so I’ll be watching my card to make sure of any unwanted charges.
And lastly the women’s bathroom water for the sink didn’t work and I didn’t realize that until after I had my hands all soapy.

If I could give zero stars for service I would. This was our first time visiting and we were very disappointed. Our server took our order, then never came back to our table. We watched her sit at the bar and eat with another employee, while giving instructions to another server to take care of us. The other server brought our food out, brought boxes and even checked us out. My party got the enchiladas and the chile relleno. The presentation was beautiful but over all the enchiladas were very bland. The chile relleno tasted well but was prepared very differently than most other restaurants.

I’ve only got delivery because I’m just living the single life and get weird about crowds…the birria tacos are honestly on repeat because never having them before, this place will always be the place in my heart and soul where my birria infatuation began.❤️ It is truly perfect and such a lovely meal. Thank you all for this wonderful food experience!
