The wait was long! I placed order. For both the tacos and onion rings. After looking at my receipt, I noticed the onion rings were not on my order. After making several attempts to gain the attention of someone, I was waved off several times by ladies who obviously didn’t speak english. After the clerk became visible, I advised him that the onion rings were not on my order, he apologized and then placed the oder for onion rings. After waiting more time then anyone should for such a small orders. I received my order, The onion rings were saturated in grease and almost burnt and there were only 3 onion rings in the bag. I attempted to show the lady, she waived me off again! I then took the onion rings to show her and she snatched them out of my hand and took of angry and did not return, she went out the door. No one would accommodate my request to redo the tacos as they were unsatisfactory by any standards. After no one was willing to assist. I left with only the Tacos which I through away and no onion rings for which I paid for!

Went through the drive through as the lobby was closed. Who ever that guy who seemed to be running the store by himself needs a better crew that’s messed up they have it seem that 1 or 2 people running the entire store. Kudos my guy you did great

I specifically ordered my burger with no mustard. I am allergic. When I was about to eat I noticed there was mustard on my burger. I could smell it. I don’t know why they give the option to customize your food if they don’t really pay attention.

Not particularly impressed by this Jack. They had every car wait at the speaker before taking their order for a few minutes.
The location needs new headsets or a new speaker because I repeated the “sourdough grilled cheese kids meal” for my order five times and it still came out to a #1 combo somehow.
Even when asking for a kids meal after repeating, I just gave up and left the #1 on the order because it seemed as though the order taker was going to take just as long as my wait at the speaker to even get my order correct.
Food was decent, but I don’t like the #1 so 3/5 for food. The service wait time, and the lack of understanding is a 1/5 from me. The atmosphere wasn’t great with very little outside lighting. The automotive shop across the street had more lighting and it was already closed.
It took 18 minutes to get my food, which is the highest of any drive time I have seen for the price point of their food.

THIS IS THE 1st JackInTheBox I’ve been to in 2 decades where all the staff was humble, fast, nice, & respectful to eachother! the food was hot & well served. Place was clean & stocked.

Yeah it was quick through the drive through but I guess they don’t toast the bread to the sourdough jack here. Guess I did not receive the memo that they don’t toast buns anymore. I will say this, I took two bites and spit it out because it was terrible without being toasted. When y’all go back to toasting you’re buns jack let me know because this shiznit was disgusting!

I like jack in the box more than most fast food places, partly because I can get a breakfast sandwich at 6pm with fries, with jalapeño poppers, and a couple of their famous greasy tacos for later. They have a very diverse menu which is great. The only problem that I have with JIB is that drive through wait time is 20 to 30 minutes.if there’s only a car or two in front of you
