I usually don’t say much about fast food chains because most of them are hit or miss. But this location really made me feel some type of way because their quality use to be top notch but here recently they have completely declined. Today I had to ask for my coffee to be remade because it was not hot at all. I patiently waited finished my meal that also was not prepared correctly my oatmeal was not hot, I asked for a well done sausage patty they did not do that correctly I was hungry and had to go so I accepted everything but I finished my meal before they gave me yet another lukewarm cup of coffee oh well you win some you lose some. I was very disappointed but their last health department score was an 87 so I guess they don’t care either way. All this while the general manager was on duty!

I am so over this place. It is currently the only McDonald in Hoschton own by the Patels. They are planter on here too. They are $3 more than any other McDonald’s just for bad service. The employee can’t get it right ever. They never provide you with sauce. I spoke with GM about this last week and I told them if I can’t get sauce or straws with my meal and I am inconvenienced and have to come back or drive up there when I door dash I will star leaving reviews. I will leave a 1 star ever time i don’t get my sauce and fries u till they do better. I love McDonald and me in my family eat there at lease 5 days a week. It not hard to drop sauce. What really make my blood boil is not one of them would want their food with out sauce. We make a point to order extra sauce and pay for it and still no sauce on bag. Count your days McDonald in Hoschton. Cause if you don’t have time for sauce I will have time for review every visit. And if this don’t work I will take this and all my reviews to corporate McDonald.

The absolute worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. We went in, put our order on the kiosk, and… nothing. Watched everyone else get their food. Saw several other orders come out wrong. Finally asked about our order- to find it had not been started (after 30 minutes). They called us up, and it was still incomplete (missing a happy meal and all drinks). The person after us ordered 4 $5 meals and the cashier said “Oh, great. Here we go again.” It was bizarre and terrible: it was also not all that crowded- there were maybe 5 orders the whole time we were there. The woman who was taking our order and was unable to handle the “large” (4-person) orders also appeared to be the shift leader/manager.

I was very optimistic when I received great customer service from everyone here. However, it was probably on of the worst tasting meals I’ve had in a long time. I’m not sure if they were out of salt or something, but there was NONE on my fries or my burnt burger. I threw away most of it because all I could taste was potato, ketchup, and bitter burned meat. I can’t recommend this place less.

I don’t usually go for McDonald’s as it is, but this was convenient today. I was disappointed when I got home and my burger was definitely not cooked thoroughly. I like a medium rare steak as much as the next guy, but was not expecting a “seared” rare burger. In the picture, yes that is BBQ I like it on my burgers.

This McDonalds is a pure pleasure to visit. They get to you quickly and dont make you wait 10 minutes to place your order. The employees are friendly.

Ordered 3 meals and three apple pies. They needed to make the apple pies and we are still waiting after 20 minutes in the drive thru.
This is McDonalds fast food, not a 5 star restaurant where they make pies from scratch.

Waited over 30 mins for 2 nugget meals, staff visibly in the back standing around laughing and not doing there jobs. If your looking for fast food try Burger king.
