Traveled almost an hour for these because of Tik Tok, and it did not disappoint! The honey butter croissants were the highlight of our meal. I wish it was endless like any other restaurants. They typically give one per person.
The appetizer trio was so delicious and so much food. The Montecristo sandwich was good if you like sweets, but for me it was too sweet with the jam. The broccoli cheddar casserole was so tasty I could eat it as its own entree lol

The food was delicious and service was great. The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated immediately. The honey butter croissants were a nice addition to the meal. The ranch sauce for the chicken tenders was so good. Our meal included the chicken tender platter with fries and coleslaw and lemon pepper chicken with carrots and a side salad. The serving size was large and the price was less than I expected. We had enough leftover for lunch the next day. We will definitely return for another meal.

Good food, large portions. I had the New Orleans Pasta, it had 5 shrimp, must have been a full chicken breast, and some really good sausage. It was not as spicy as I would have liked, but still good. My son had the Country Fried Chicken, with mashed potatoes and country gravy, and a broccoli cheddar rice dish. It was huge, and for $2 more you can get double chicken. A great value for your money. Oh yeah, they start you with a honey glazed croissant, gratis!

Visiting from Melbourne, Australia and itnis my first time here. My sister took us here after a business event. The food was just excellent and the service was great. I got the salmon with steamed broccoli and rice. Super good and the salad was amazing! That blackened seasoning really stood out but not too much to overpower the dish. I loved the croissants and cheese bites. We had to take home some for next day. Can’t recall our servers name, but she was very kind and patient as well. Loved it here. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

My wife insisted me to visit cheddars. My experience didn’t went well. Waiting was about 30 min and food was ok. I ordered potato soup in starters and asked server not to put pork in it. When soup arrived, pork was in it shredded and ones I smell, I called server and recheck. She said must be some mistake soup and pork are kept at different place in kitchen. Since I traveled all around world for food and know about food, I was not convinced with her answer and ask her to recheck. She came back and confirmed that it was a mistake and potato soup is made with pork. Server should know about food and cannot tell customer without checking with chef. They charged soup as well. We paid and left after finishing other food. Iwas in bad mood that I didn’t take pictures of other dishes. They should respect religion and shouldn’t have put pork in vegi options and after giving clear instructions it was not followed. Plz do food training with severs.

First time going with my wife I was very surprised. The croissant they give you (first round is free) was so delicious as a snack. And the spinach dip was good as well. But I don’t recommend any burgers. The meat tasted like Burger King meat definitely was a frozen patty. Other than that service was quick and the servers were very nice.

When I tell you if I could have given I negative review I most definitely would have. I’ve taken some time to think of exactly how much disgust this experience led me to feel. First off let me just say the manager Serena was world class. She is amazing at her job and great for your store. But the waitress who “helped” us that day is abysmal to say the least. From the time we were seated I just felt like she didn’t want anything to do with my family and I. It wasn’t busy per say on a Sunday especially after 2pm but to have to wait 20 mins to be seated for a party of 5 is a bit much nonetheless we over looked that but (whoever she was) we weren’t given a name or else I would have provided that took 15 mins just to bring back fountain beverages. I didn’t receive my adult beverage until I mentioned that I still hadn’t gotten it (pictured below was supposed to be some strawberry margaritas with the kiwi flavoring added into it with a sugar rim) this was the second one after the first had to be sent back due to it not having the sugar rim. Which I could tell agitated her. After seeing 2 other families who were seated around us with similar or bigger parties than ours receiving their food before us. I stopped one of the actual hard working waitress to ask if she would be so kind to check on our food status and to get us a manager and our waitress because for an entire 50 mins my girlfriend was waiting for her WATER. Shortly after that interaction the same waitress and a waiter brought out our food. It was very lukewarm as if it had been sitting for a while under the heater. So after I realized that before she could get to far I told this polite lady again so have her get our waitress so I could tell her I was not satisfied. She insisted on getting what she could fixed for us but “she could not find our waitress”. Ironically just as the manager Serena I believe was her name approached our table she wondered back around to ask what was going on. As if I was going to be intimated to not voice my displeasure in front of her. Never once did the waitress apologize to us for the abysmal service and experience she provided. Not once did she check in to see how our food was. Not once did she ever even make eye contact when speaking with anyone at my table. We had to ask when the croissant that she went out of her way to mention was ever going to come. All in all 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I’m genuinely impressed. My brother convinced me to travel an hour out of Illinois to visit this location, and I have to say I would do it daily if I could. The cheese bites and ranch were phenominal, as was the potato soup. My entree, the country fried chicken was the star of the show. Juicy, tasty, basically falling apart…you can’t go wrong eating here. Everything is phenomenal. Of course, all of this was topped by wonderful service from Tiffany! She made the entire experience wonderful! Thank you so much!!!
