For such a large franchise care should be taken when making sandwiches. Also this location is directly next door to the Drury hotels which makes it a prime location. My order for the chicken sandwich was wrong regardless of what was on the receipt. No care was taken in presentation, bread was old. They can do better.

I ordered a meal. I was charged $18. I’ve been waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes. All they have said is we only have one driver. thank you for your patience. I’m 0.2 miles from the store. I could have walked there easily.
I called and got to talk to someone for a 4th time. This guy did the right thing and looked into my order. I appreciated him not blowing me off. In his words they messed up the order. He gave me a refund. I didn’t have them redo the order because I can’t afford to wait for a delivery when they are struggling.

This store serves downtown and nearby areas, so they are understandably busy during the lunch time. But, to me, it’s still fast service. Delivery people are very nice. Food is delicious. Rewards club is awesome. Thank you J.J.!

My biggest concern is sanitary practice. I watched a female employee on the sandwich board eat a peice of candy with her gloves on and then proceed to wrap out sandwiches with the same gloves on. Also, we got a cup for water and accidentally bumped the lemonade button and then proceeded to fill the cup with water. A different female employee was extremely rude and said “that’s not water!” The staff was rude and the environment was dirty. I would not recommend visiting this location

I ordered for lunch, at about 1.5 hours if waiting I called and asked about the order and was told to give the driver another 10 minutes mind you im probably about 6 minutes away from the location. So I wait and 40 minutes go by so I call and cancel well about 30 minutes after canceling my order it arrives and to not waste anyone else’s time I simply take the order and give a tip as well. I open everything up and its not how I ordered it some things I paid to be added were not added and the pickle I asked for soaked through the bag spilled pickle juice all over the table … so not only did I starve waiting for the order but I was also not given the correct order aaannndddd now I smell like pickles safe to say I will never order Jimmy John’s again … freaky fast freakishly a lie

I have ordered through this location multiple times and unfortunately this location just can’t seem to get it together. I received my sandwich today after waiting 90 minutes for it and it was completely soggy so it had clearly been sitting ready for awhile before being delivered. The two times before this delivery have been quick but both times I had ingredients missing. I love Jimmy John’s but will be choosing a different location next time.
