We have been to this location many times and I always forget to take photos and leave a review. We love the food and the staff are quick and efficient at getting diners in and fed. Highly recommend their fajitas or the burrito bowl. Of course you can’t leave with out a t shirt!

I ordered a pickup order on door dash…. Which makes the order very specific. I ordered custom enchiladas a with a side of beans and rice….. I got a burrito and ONE DROP OF BEANS. Then they put beans inside the burrito…. Obviously it’s still edible but how they royally messed up a simple order blows my mind. Service was also horrible while picking up. I called to let them know I was there and whoever answered the phone has ZERO manners or customer service skills and hung up the phone on me.

The food was good , but the service was terrible we were not greeted until 10 minutes after we sat down, just to be greeted by someone who was not our server. She grabbed our drinks and our appetizer. Then no one checked on us for another 10-15 minutes. We had no chips and needed drink refills . The manger came up to us and asked if had been helped to which I explained the situation, she then apologized but still did not give us drink refills. She proceed to take our order , but still no sign of a server. Eventually a girl came up to us and told us she’d be taking care of us and asked if we needed refills. But that’s all , then 10 minutes later , another girl came up to us claiming she was our server and that she’s been busy the whole time and apologized . We never saw her again. The previous girl got us the things that we needed but never asked of if we were okay or if we needed anything else. We ate and were waiting for to-go boxes but still no one helped us , we went to the host stand to get in contact with the manager where she said she would grab the stuff for us , but sends a server out there to do it for her. She dropped off the check and the to-go boxes. They did comp our appetizer, which was nice but definitely not enough for for four different people to do the minimum and two of them to claim to be our server. We were left super confused and frustrated. It felt like the people were only helping us because they saw the obvious frustration on our faces but they really didn’t care at all. By far some of the worst service I’ve had in a while and I’m a server myself so I get it , but I didn’t get this.

First time here – we live in Oklahoma City. Visiting friends in the area and Midway point from shopping on this Sunday we were looking for food. Previous visits to location in Norman Oklahoma and Oklahoma City and in Texas multiple times. We love Chuy’s ! The food is consistently good!!! This visit didn’t disappoint!
The salsa fresh and spicy. Full flavor! I would love to buy some and take it home or buy it in stores (Hint hint)

Was really disappointed with this location. We happened to be in New Braunfels and decided to try this Chuys location. After a 20 minute wait for a table(not a big deal for Friday night) we sat at our table for 14 minutes before our waitress even came to greet us. Never have I had a Chuys staff member not quickly come to our table. Thankfully we knew what we wanted and ordered drinks and our food at the same time, because we didnt get additional chips until AFTER our food had arrived. The waitress was nice, but she was not very attentive. Other tables sat after us received their drinks and food very quickly, not us. We ordered chicken fajitas and they were incredibly dry. All in all, it was very disappointing and I would not go back to this location if in the area again.

We had dinner at this newly open Chuy’s last night it was excellent! We arrived 20 minutes before closing but they still served us. I love how light and crisp their tortilla chips are. Their salsa fresco is great and so is their jalapeno cream sauce! I had the Elvis combo it was delicious and a huge amount of food at a great value. My brother had the cheese enchiladas. The atmosphere was eclectic and reminiscent of their original location. The service was attentive. They have an appetizer special for people that bring in a framed photo of their dog, they then post it on the wall and it becomes part of the decor. There is plenty of parking but we had an issue with Google maps it tried routing us thru a newly built fenced off apartment building. Otherwise this was a great experience and we loved our food!

We placed a to-go order over an hour ago and had a very disappointing experience. Our order was missing items, and when we called to speak to a manager, no one has been followed up with us.
To make things worse, the Taco Al Carbon steak was ice cold when we got it. After eating, both my husband and I started feeling sick. That’s extremely concerning.
We’ve come to Chuy’s many times in the past and always loved it, which makes this even more disappointing. We really expected better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed how we feel about coming back.
