I always love the The Asigo sausage egg sandwich. Soft hot bagel and delicious filling. Love the broccoli and cheese soup, love the mac and cheese. Just a good place to grab a bit anytime of the day.

I work for a delivery service in my free time. I recently had a pick up at the Elizabethtown store. The order was over 10 minutes late being ready, and in the time I stood there waiting I watched the staff moving extremely slow and unmotivated, the manager on duty had a chat with employees in front of the counter without offering any help or explanation or apology of any kind. To be clear, I did NOT yell at anyone or curse, I wasn’t verbally abusive to the staff or slam anything. But because I was visibly frustrated by the time she brought the order to me and she didn’t like it, she demanded to know what my name was so she could call and complain about me with a smug smirk on her face. I told her she didn’t need to know my name, she just needed to stop making people wait nearly 15 minutes over pick up time without at least a greeting. As I left, she told me I wouldn’t be back. I have never had an issue with deliveries from this store before, but this was the worst pick up I’ve had ANYWHERE. I have worked in service many, many years and I know all it usually takes to make a situation like this better is to make contact with the customer. A “hey sorry, we are running behind” will do wonders. But the manager, who should understand communication better, chose to be rude and unprofessional, and to threaten me instead.

Went through the drive thru. No one was behind me at the time, nor in front of me. Ordered my French Dip meal. Even though it wasn’t busy, once others pulled up after me, I was left in parking spot 1 for 15-20 minutes due to them WAITING for the last order so they can bring it out all at once. This is unacceptable! My food was cold by the time they brought it to me. $16 for a sandwhich with BARELY any meat on it, and a half filled French onion soup. Like not even a 1/2 cup of soup. $16???????? Yall have lost yalls minds with this crap! I’ll never be back. I can get free rolls and a nice dinner for that much at Texas Roadhouse. This is getting absurd. Change your prices or give us enough food for that kind of money!!!!!

I stopped by this location for my lunch break on 01/30 for my favorite, you pick 2 Frontega Chicken, Broccoli Soup, and large sweet tea. I placed my order at the drive thru, and after paying, I was asked to pull up to the pick-up parking spot 3. It took a little under 10 minutes to receive my order from there.

The parking lot is a little hard to navigate in and out of since there is a lot of traffic that will travel to neighboring businesses in that parking lot.

After arriving at work, I set my food out and realized that my order was incorrect. The tea should have been large, which is 30 oz, but unfortunately, I received a smaller size of 20 oz size. There was no Cutlery included, so I just had to sip my soup from the bowl. The sandwich that I ordered ended up being a chicken salad instead of the frontega chicken. I did reach out and spoke with a manager, Stephanie, and she was super sweet and helpful.

Normally I like Panera and like the pickup option for me on my busy lunch schedule. However today with a terrible experience because I get a message saying my order is ready for pickup. When I pull up to the window I am told it is not ready. When I asked approximately how long is going to be for the wait because I have to get back to work for lunch, I’m told they have no idea that there are multiple orders in front of mine. Why did I get a message saying it’s ready when clearly was not? So I tell them I need to cancel the order then. I am told I had to do it in the app as they could not cancel an order in the store. However when I called customer support to try to cancel the order, they tell me could have done it in the store. Now I feel like I was lied to at the store.
On another side note, customer support is not able to cancel orders past their pickup time.

Food is always good, but is s little pricey. Coffee was tepid at the self service coffee bar. Plenty of condiments for the coffee. My wife ordered a chocolate croissant. It was delicious!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. I think service is great (I’d I go here quite often) as well as the food. I’ve been to other locations that are much worse than this lacs by far as well. Definitely recommend this location over the others in the area.

Paneras customer service has plummeted tremendously everytime I place a rapid order it’s incorrect and all they can ever say is I’m sorry and that goes without saying obviously.. If a customer asks for sauce on the side it’s clearly because they don’t want their sandwich sloppily thrown together with sauce dumped on it and prefer to add it themselves if they ask for no tomatoes clearly they either don’t like tomatoes or they’re allergic either way everytime and I mean everytime I place an online order it’s always incorrect and the soup portions are kids size now it’s ridiculous my bagel was bigger than my soup smdh arugula was scarce and drowned in sauce shame on you Panera you need to do better!

I went to Panera and I got a sandwich. When I picked up my sandwich the greens on it were touching the counter on both sides of my sandwich. I had to pick it off my sandwich. I ended up taking the sandwich back. It was poorly made and you couldn’t even see the red onion or pepperocini it has on it. The manager was pleasant but she did have a little attitude. I told her she lost my business. I have too many health issues to have employees endangering my health being careless.
