My 1st time there and my order was wrong twice. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t intentional deception. I ordered an oatmilk coffee frappe with non-dairy cold foam. I received something with caramel drizzled all over. I handed it back and told her I cant drink the caramel bc it has dairy. They gave me back the same drink which they had just mixed in the caramel and put new cold foam on top. I could see the caramel stuck to the sides of the cup.(yes they did bc I took pictures of the drink). So I parked and walked inside to finally get what I ordered. They knew what I had ordered bc when I went inside, she finished my sentence by saying “coffee frappe”. Its bad enough to pay $8.00 for a medium coffee frappe (my stupidity bc I knew the price but it usually is much better). But to spend half my lunch break getting my simple order right when there were no other customers is crazy. I only go to SB bc SevenBrew doesn’t have non-dairy cold foam. Maybe I can convince them to start offering that bc Starbucks is Def a no go for me now.

I visited this Starbucks and ordered the new eggnog drink with an extra shot of espresso. Unfortunately, the drink was made incorrectly—there was no eggnog flavor at all, just milk and coffee. When I asked for a replacement, the employee told me I would have to pay again since I had taken a sip. I explained that the drink didn’t taste right, and at that point the manager responded through the speaker with a very rude and confrontational attitude. She was aggressive enough that I felt continuing the conversation might escalate the situation, so I chose to leave.

I do not recommend this location. The customer service, especially from the manager, was unacceptable. This occurred on Tuesday, December 2nd at 11:32 a.m. Whoever the manager on duty was, her behavior was completely inappropriate for a leadership role.

** Management informed me that they are not allowed to give refunds nor have they ever given refunds in the past. It does not matter if they made a mistake or not.

I heard someone on the way out talking about” that manager is a winch. I don’t think I like her attitude” but I’m the type of person that I wanna see for myself because I work in the food industry also so I know how customers can be. the manager with the short hair was so rude to her employees I was gonna leave a tip until she starts yelling at an employee in front of me “why are you down here why you down here?” She had an abrasive attitude and when the customer behind me ordered, they just wanted sweet cream, cold foam and something else and she was like so just cold foam in a very bad attitude. She would’ve been dismissed from my establishment on the spot

This Starbucks is amazing! My experience was decent considering this is a new location. I ordered the “Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino” and it was fantastic! I really like the interior and exterior design of this location. The inside of this Starbucks is cozy and well tidied up. The staff was very friendly. The wait time was okay, it could be improved though in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and purchase.

I don’t particularly like Starbucks, but shopping in Flowood at Barnes & Noble inevitably I’ve had to buy stuff there and I’ve enjoyed it. Got something in Brandon the same thing I normally get it was totally different. Inconsistency is baffling and now I have a hot drink I don’t want.

2 days in a row I have gotten orders that were made wrong. Double berry Matcha that did not have the berry inclusions and a Banana bread matcha that was made with mocha syrup and not brown sugar.
I stopped ordering from this store because they had made these types of mistakes before. I will no longer be ordering here.

Normally, I never have no issues with Starbucks but today they were very rude and they’re always inconsistent. I ordered my coffee through delivery which was an ice pumpkin spice latte but it wouldn’t let me add extra ice. I caught up there for extra ice and the lady was very rude and hung up in my face. when my coffee arrived, it didn’t have extra ice and it tasted completely weird and off and every time I order from this location, it taste different every time mind you they only have this seasonal drink once a year. I also ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich and ask for a Sriracha packet. The sandwich was cold and no Sriracha packet was given to me this is so ridiculous Starbucks do better.

After all the times i’ve came here and got a refresher it has never been anything wrong with it but today i came through the drive through and ordered the same thing i always get and once i tasted it it tasted just like water so then i asked could they remake it the guy at the window said yes pull around and we will bring it out to you so then a black girl brought it back out and she had a bow in her hair and she also had a very nasty attitude. 0/10 do not recommend if you don’t wanna work why come!
