It was ok. Ordering in the screen to skip speaking in person was ok. No soup. I got a kids dog with a slice of unmelted cheese and a pickle. Eh… The Americana decor is not my thing but gives you something you look at while chewing

I never go out to eat. The chocolate cake shake has seemed intriguing, and my weekend starts tomorrow so I figured I’d make it special. I ordered it and waited by the pick up. I was the only in-store ticket on the board. It was 9pm, so it wasn’t busy. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came up and asked me if I needed something. I told him I was waiting on a cake shake, and he said he’d make it for me. Took 90 seconds. This whole experience made me so sad and just reminded me why I don’t go out to eat. I’ll continue to work at home making a similar dessert because this was disheartening.

Portillo’s hot dogs were ok. Got the Chicago dog and Chili Cheese dog. Im more of a shredded cheese than sliced cheese on my chili dig so that was different. The Chicago dog was decent.
