I agree with what I read on these reviews it use to be very good, now I buy dinner waste money on something I can’t even eat awful see whole breast untouched legs wasn’t any better so i had mashed poto and top of the biscuit cause it was hard then they only had certain food available now or you could wait nope don’t think so… The manager should do a better job of making sure there staff understand what they are doing and are doing it right. Fire and rehire…. All day lazy

My coworker tried the new bone in wings here, she didn’t like them at all & offered them before tossing them. I tried one & immediately tossed them. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I can’t believe someone thought this product should be a menu item. Go to any other wing place, & there will be MORE meat left ON the bone AFTER eating…than what is on the WHOLE UNEATEN wing here. And they seemed old and/or dry. SMH.

Please educate employees on proper customer service. Purchase an item today and the Elizabeth tells me my credit card is inside the bag. Literally inside a chicken bag. Upper leadership should understand this is unacceptable.

Do not go to this location. The employee Elizabeth D was so rude. Snatched my card out of my hand, and then i had to ask 3 times for my recipe. She explained It is a story policy that you can not purchase more than 2 legs per combo.” So I had to pay for individual legs so i could get what my kids wanted to eat. i can’t have what I want when I’m paying for it ridiculous. It took 24 minutes in the drive thur line. What a joke
