We ordered chicken satay and the picture says it all. That is not chicken satay. And when we said what is that the guy made some excuse about busy night or something. In that case they should just say that they’re out of the dish. Other dishes were some stir fry which my friend said was cold. I ordered some tom yum and it was okay. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The staff didn’t seem friendly, almost annoyed that we were dining there. I don’t know how this place has such good ratings.

The food was so delicious here and we even got one of the cocktails on menu. I believe it was the tamarind margarita, so good, not too strong, very enjoyable drink. We ordered a good variety and everything was so good. My favorite other than the curry was the house fried rice. Had really good portions and super flavorful. Staff was attentive and nice, also their music selection was great, lots of funk and old rock/jazz

We arrived here for lunch from work and it was relatively empty. I had read good things about lunch options here. The staff was welcoming and nice. We ordered pad thai, crab fried rice and duck curry. It took some while to get our food. We were offered complimentary soup which was delicious. The crab fries rice was really tasty and enough for two portions. The duck curry was a little spicier for 3/5 compared to our other 3/5 spicy dishes but it was tasty too. The pad thai was little sweet compared to what we have had at other places. We enjoyed our visit.

Very underrated restaurant! Not full at all on at Saturday evening. The chicken satay was really good, a tiny bit dry but with the sauce that doesn’t matter much. The khao soi stole the show, it was my first time having it and I have officially fallen in love. Food did take a little bit to come out but there’s not a ton of staff so it’s understandable. Staff are super nice too. Inside is clean and has a great cozy atmosphere!!

We went to Ti22 with a large group for a birthday party and had so much fun! The food was so good and the owner made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Definitely recommend for a fun night if you are looking for something easy and unpretentious.

The food and service was fine. However, the staff arguing and yelling behind the counter was a big turn off. The music was also too loud.
I had the chicken skewers and curry. None of the happy hour menu items were gluten free, otherwise they had many gluten free options on the menu. The amount of wine they gave for the happy hour drinks wasn’t a lot.
The prices were fine and I would only order takeout here in the future.

Khoa Soi is my favorite Thai dish, and it’s non-existent where I live. This place has it with tons of options – beef, shrimp, chicken, tofu, and more. It’s delicious.

I had the lunch special of Chili and Basil, the service was swift and very friendly, the food and atmosphere was equally enjoyable! It’s also quite fairly priced considering the location! I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, or even for catering! The noodles are a palette cleanser, so they’re meant to be a mild flavor, which does wonders for enjoying the meal to its fullest! I’ll be having my lunches here from now on! Thank you for the wonderful service Ti22!

My current favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle. Small but nice. Tasty food. Great service and loved the ambience. Even forgot my credit card and the owner held it for me. Will return pretty regularly!
