Great place to grab a beer and have food in a casual setting. The spicy chicken thighs with dipping sauces was absolutely delicious . Most importantly, the Army Navy game is on all TVs!!

Nice place to hang out for some beers and pub-style food items. Plenty of beers on tap to choose from. Large outdoor patio that is dog-friendly. Indoor gaming area to entertain young kids as well. Service can be a bit slow during the peak hours.

We love solace! In here serval times a month. The brewery has a ton of space and there is always a seat at the bar. Good local bar food – great list of beers. Just a fun time!

Solace is a great place for tasty happy hour beer and food while hanging out and playing arcade games or just chatting. The location is spacious, and the staff are friendly. I visited with my husband for happy hour on a Friday afternoon, and we had no trouble finding free parking in the garage just past Solace by Sweet Frog. We entered Solace and picked a table by a window. We started with the Phantasmal Cider for me and the Devil’s Due black IPA for my husband. Both were exactly what we wanted. We also tried a giant pretzel because that is what goes best with beer, right?! Anyway, the pretzel was delightful. Next, we shared the Suspended Animation barleywine with its 11.2% ABV….delicious. Last but not least, we sampled the Scuttered red ale, and it was also really good. We had a harvest bowl with grilled chicken and a burger with curly fries for our meal. My husband also ordered onion rings, which he said were good. All in all, it was a great evening adventure, and I would definitely come back. Thanks!

Solace Outpost is one of those places that just works. The beer is good and reliable, with enough variety to keep things interesting without trying to show off. It’s the kind of spot where you can order confidently and know you’ll enjoy what’s in your glass.
The atmosphere is easy and welcoming. Nothing forced, nothing flashy, just a solid place to hang out, talk, and stay longer than you meant to. Four stars feels fair. It’s not pretending to be anything it’s not, and that honesty goes a long way.

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday! SO much space, great drink options, affordable, a small arcade, and very friendly staff! I ordered the mango/pineapple sour and it was delicious—highly recommend for fellow sour lovers.

One thing to note: Happy hour doesn’t apply if you order through the QR code—you must order at the bar inside to get the discounts on drinks & food.

Parking: there is free garage parking and limited street parking.

Will definitely be back!

The food was decent, nothing outstanding. I will say the beer was excellent. My gripe mostly consists of service and atmosphere, and I’m writing only in hopes that the owners/management will address this issue. Solace is basically a “serve-yourself” type atmosphere. You get your own water, you make your own order on your smartphone – which you have to pay for before anything is even delivered – and your only interaction with wait staff is them dropping off your food. So why, in the name of everything holy, does the payment system default automatically to a 20% tip? You’re not doing 20% tip-worthy service dropping off a pretzel and some beers. It’s absurd. The silverware/napkins are cheap, the tables and chairs are utilitarian and uncomfortable. So why are we still paying regular restaurant prices and service fees for a fairly half-assed experience?

This place was alive with excitement on a Saturday night when we visited. Parking was a bit difficult to find as a lively crowd was partying outside before we even walked in. Once inside, a band was performing and the vibe was electric. It was the kind of atmosphere that puts everyone in a great mood. We wanted to try a few beers brewed by Solace to get started and decided to order a couple flights. The bartender was most friendly, despite it being as busy as it was. He apologized for not being able to do flights but told me he would pour however many samples as I wanted. I looked at the menu and asked to try the first few up there. He started pouring and brought me the first four on the menu. These were the most generous samples I’ve had anywhere. It took several minutes to finish each one. I liked every one and was ready to order a round for my party, but before I got to the last one, the bartender came back with samples of the next four on the menu. I was blown away as I was getting same. He really was going to bring me a sample of everything! This was a craft beer lovers dream position to be in. I thanked the bartender as I finished samples 5 through 8 and placed my order and by then, the others in my party got a table. We enjoyed them all. The variety of beer styles was excellent. I loved it so much, I purchased some 4-packs and 6-packs of what I liked best to take home with me. We did not get a chance to try the food. But we came for the beer, and it was great. I also found a place I want to return to soon, just in case they put something new on the menu to ask for more samples!

Great spot for a brewski in sleepy Falls Church. Food is pretty good and perfect for the occasion. Try the crispy chicken thighs. 10 outta 10 recommend. They even had live music when I stopped by. If you are lucky and kind to your bartender you may even catch a flair show. 5 star just for that. Show me another spot in the DMV where they do that?… ya can’t

First time here and it was amazing! The specials during HH are great and I had their spicy chicken thighs and they were cooked + sliced to perfection! As for beer I had their brown ale which was delicious and I took a growler home with their Helles Lager (they have growler fill specials on Wednesday which are clutch!). My server was Andy and he provides great customer service and it’s always a pleasure to see him whenever I visit! Definitely will be back as the HH prices are amazing and the workers provided excellent service
