A great find. We came here because the entire Wildwood island was without power a couple of years ago, and this is the first restaurant we came upon after leaving the island. We were very pleasantly surprised. The sushi is excellent, as is the cooked food. But I come here especially for the sushi. My whole family now loves it. Great restaurant, great service.

Really disappointed that they’ve decided to close in the off-season this year. We were really looking forward to coming here for our anniversary dinner, as we’ve been coming here for years and loved it. We especially enjoyed coming during the colder seasons because there weren’t as many tourists around. I would have given them 5 stars, but being closed for 5 months out of the year really isn’t treating your loyal and local patrons fairly. Their sister location Momiji doesn’t offer as much of a variety of sushi as Tokyo, so it isn’t even a good alternative.

Sushi is my favorite food, and this place has the absolute BEST sushi of any plaCE I’ve ever been! You can taste EVERY flavor. They also give excellent service. Highly recommend! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!!

This place is definitely a star! If you are visiting wildwood from a more culinarily diverse city, or are just looking for something different in the neighborhood, this is it! The food is SPOT ON. You must have the katsudon. It is perfect. I could have only that and be happy. The sushi is fresh and delicious; my yellowtail just melted in my mouth. Service is like most classic Japanese American joints, attentive but sort of invisible. It’s a short drive from the shore streets but I do insist that it’s worth it. It breaks up the monotony but is accessible for pretty much anyone. Good for picky eaters too!

Always love going here, sitting in the sunken booths. Food is so good! I ordered 3 rolls, no rice in soy paper, Delicious! Service is always great!

Don’t let the appearance of this place deceive you. Sushi and sashimi was excellent, prices a tad bit high for what you’d expect for a place that looks like this. However I do highly recommend.

The food was very good. I had the sushi bento box for lunch and it was really good. I will give it 5 Stars after I have dinner there.

So today I went to dinner with my family. I got some sort of eel roll with the maki combination. When I was done eating something was bothering my throat, I went to the bathroom and saw some sort of splinter in my tonsil. When I was able to pull it out it was a eel bone… the other food was alright but realizing the discomfort of a lodged bone in my tonsil was horrendous. So be careful.

Solid sushi place in Rio Grande. Nothing spectacular but consistently good with good prices. The four of us ate full dinners with dessert and it was $136.
