In a world where genuine customer service is becoming rare, the owner needs to take a close look at what is happening in your business.
Customers in general do not get greeted, spoken to in an unprofessional manner, and profanity within earshot of customers.
The worker behind the counter is not that welcoming. Nevertheless, enjoy.
Cheers
Ordered a hot coffee.
They gave me an iced coffee in a hot coffee cup.
I did not want to spend 25 minutes waiting for a coffee. But I had to today. And then they made it wrong the second time.
Not even worth waiting for a third drink.
I’ve never left a dunkin in such an awful mood.
The staff was nice enough.
Although making coffee is not their forte.
It took fifteen minutes for me to get a single milkshake and there wasn’t even anyone in front of me. The only reason anything got done was because of his other coworkers, who were clearly busy with drive through. One had to jump in and finish my shake. They got that done real quick and cleaned up the mess he was making. I felt bad for them.
If this location wants to keep customers, they need to rethink who’s behind that counter.
