Great experience! Not onmy is the food phenomenal but the service is quick and efficient. We ordered some pork Xiaolong bao, fried chicken, chicken dumplings, garlic, cucumber, garlic bok choy, scallion pancakes and the chili noodles (one of my faves). Portions are pretty decent. Between Went about 6:30pm on a Saturday night and didn’t have to wait. We had 4 adults and one kid and we had leftovers so the portions are pretty decent. The staff works hard and are still super great. Would definitely come back.

We were looking for a Chinese place for dinner in Irvine and saw this spot had pretty good reviews so decided to come here to try. We came for a late lunch/early dinner so we didn’t have to wait for a table. We had our dog with us but the employees were nice and still let us dine in.

Once seated, they gave us an ipad to place our orders which was super convenient. We went with the Lanzhou Beef Noodles (which you can choose the noodle size) and we got the thin and regular sized. We also got the Big Plate Chicken which was on the lunch special and came with a drink- we chose the Mango Jasmine Green Tea. Then we also ordered the chinese burger bun.

As it wasn’t their peak time, the food was served pretty fast. The Big Plate Chicken came with hand-pulled noodles and a good portion of chicken. However, it is a bit spicy which I could still eat as someone who doesn’t eat spicy, but it did still make me sweat a bit. But I still enjoyed the flavor and the noodle texture. As for the Lanzhou noodles, the broth was flavorful and delicious. You can also tell that the noodles are hand pulled and both the thin and regular noodles were good. The bowl of noodles also came with half a boiled egg and some beef which were also delicious. I really liked the noodle texture here. The portion is also so worth for the price. I couldn’t finish all the noodles and could even eat it the next day.

Overall, this is a great spot for Lanzhou noodles and just noodles. I will be coming back next time I am in the area. The employees also provided great service by packing the leftovers for us and they added extra noodle broth when they packed our noodles. Such rare service these days! I recommend stopping by!

I hear this restaurant made their noodles in house and had good reviews so my daughter and I went to try for ourselves. Since it was our 1st time here, the waitress suggested we should try their Signature Lanzhou beef noodles, it include marinated cucumber salad and pig ears salad. The broth of Langzhou beef soup was very bland, no beef flavor or any other flavor. Love cucumber salad, it was very good, refreshing. The pig ear was ok. We also ordered braised pork combo. It was ok. We also ordered the stir fry pork with rice. The stir fry pork was spicy, meat was tender and tasty. Overall, the place is clean, has nice decor,
food was so so, reasonably price and good service.

I was looking for true hand-made noodles and finally found it! You can order using iPad provided by the restaurant or your phone which is total in sync with each other. Reasonable price and great taste. Good service and quick serving. Highly recommended and will come back again.

The restaurant is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully organized, with an open kitchen that invites diners to watch the rhythmic pull and slap of fresh noodles. We ordered the lamb skewers, chili-oil noodles, and a fermented rice soup with egg and milk. Overall, the cooking was confident and satisfying—the chili oil lent a fragrant heat that lingered pleasantly.

If there was one small letdown, it was the bok choy, served a touch too cool, likely because it had been pre-blanched in advance. The lamb skewers, while tender, lacked the smoky edge you’d expect from a charcoal grill. Still, service was brisk and attentive, and the meal came together with an easy sense of order. It’s the kind of place that rewards a quick but comforting lunch, and one you’ll likely find yourself returning to.

Loved this place!! Really authentic and fresh tasting Chinese food, one of the best I’ve had. Doesn’t feel too oily or leave you feeling gross or bloated afterwards. Definitely will be a staple. Clean inside & service was very quick with iPad ordering.

Noodle is decent here. The soup is a bit plain, not as flavorful as I expect a braised beef noodle would be. Its not bad, just not what I expected. I ate here when the restaurant was Chef Hung and I prefer its flavor.
Service: friendly and nice staff. Nothing outstanding. They provide all the basic needs.
Ambiance: clean and modern. Spacious.

Despite being a bit new to Chinese cuisine, me and my family had a wonderful time! They have a wide selection of skewers with all kinds of proteins. We really enjoyed the spicy garlic chicken and beef. Price was very reasonable and the whole environment really lends itself to sitting back and enjoying multiple rounds of good food with good company. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area and up for something new!

I preface this review by saying I am in no way in tune with Chinese cuisine and the different regional offerings. That said, noodles were delicious. Cold noodles is a new concept for me and wouldn’t order again. Exotic protein options including intestines, my wife had a hard time eating with me because the menu didn’t have English descriptors and what she did understand was for acquired tastes. Try it out and be your own judge, nothing wrong with this place.

A must-visit for noodle lovers! The Lamb Skewers perfectly spiced, and Suo Yi Cucumber crisp and refreshing. Chicken Wonton Soup is comforting, and Sweet Rice Wine Balls make a perfect sweet finish.
