Well this is the double chicken tostada as of 6/5/2022 their is avocado somewhere inside let’s see.. ok I found a slice! And that’s all folks! Well I was questioning the amount of chicken but after I gathered it from the side of the container it looks better .

The chiken was mostly burnt and they had hardly any meat the chiken leg was pure bone. Not satisfied at all I paid 12 dollars for the combo for me to get three dry and burnt prices ! Every single time I go through the drive thru I have to complain and ask for fresh pieces because if not they give me the the burnt and dry parts. It’s ridiculous I’m not satisfied at all and I’m very upset because it happens every single time that I forget to check my order right there before driving off and the worst part is that they get mad when you ask them to please replace those burnt pieces.

Food is good. But the service is terrible. The cashier’s at the front the have a bad attitude. I order one chicken avocado burrito, combo with chips and a drink. And I add a BRC (Beans Rice and cheese burrito). And the girl charge me the BRC as a combo. So I got two cokes and two more extra chips. And it was just me. I saw the ticket and saw the chicken avocado as a combo and the BRC as a combo too. And when I got served it came with a side of Mac n cheese that I never ordered. Also o order to eat at the restaurant and she put my order to go. So I’ll give it 3 stars. Just because I like the food here. But the service it’s bad.

A young lady by the name of Marlene Hernandez took great care of me. I had a problem with a coupon and she handled it in extreme care. She even went through my phone and showed me how to redeem it properly. This is what it takes to have a good retail chain. I would promote this young lady to Maneger ASAP. She was so nice and patient with me anybody else would’ve pushed you to the side and attend the next person. This location is always my go to thank you again.

They had the lights off even when they should’ve been open for another hour and half. Chicken was dry. Coleslaw was bland and so were the pinto beans. Imperial Beach location. Not good!

The food is good but it seems they started rationing the chicken portion.
There are no longer chunks of chicken just a thin layer of shredded chicken spread on top of the bowl. Prices went up one dollar is not much but the chicken portion has diminished.
I guess with the high price of eggs they don’t want to sacrifice too many chicken’s
I order the chicken bowl it’s used to be 6.99 but I did pay 8 dollars plus change.

Not so friendly customer service. Person at the front desk was not smiling. Gave the impression that she is not happy working there. And the chicken was unusually salty.
